Downtown Montreal, when they say it, they mean it. I walked out of the hotel and I was in the prime location of the city. For the rate you are paying, you can not go wrong. I am a frequent hotel guest worlwide, and in my life i have never seen such bad service. The manager yelling at guests calling them cheap, and when spoken to him quitely that we would expect more professional treatment he says, qoute " I am not a professional manager. What we paid is what we get.Staff is so friendly with nice manner and helpful.Free Breakfast but same menu everyday with one or two items.

Right for the price

Very smelly. The staff was nice. It wasn't exactly what I'd call clean. The neighborhood was convenient and safe. If you're going to be out all day and need a bed and a shower, it's fine for the price. It just smelled very musty and like cigarettes, but we're easygoing, so we just opened the windows.

今回初めてのモントリオールでかなり不安だったのですが、グランドセントラルから地下鉄１本でいけて、駅からも徒歩３分程度の距離だったことに非常に満足しています。しかもチェックアウト日に大雪に見舞われ、鉄道での帰路を断念した私にとって、グレイハウンド等の長距離バスが止まる駅からすぐの立地は幸運以外の何物でのありません。建物自体は少々古く感じましたが清潔に保たれていました。よく聞くWIFIのトラブルもなく快適にすごせました。今回直前予約だったこともあり、禁煙希望をしなかった為、喫煙ルームに通さ てしまいました。かなり煙草の臭いが気になりました。次回からは禁煙を希望したいと思います。

価格なりのホテルでした。なお、空港バスターミナルに近い点はメリットでしょう。また、3本の地下鉄が乗り入れるＢｅｒｒｉ－ＵＱＡＭ駅に近いことも魅力になるかもしれませんね。無線ＬＡＮのアクセススピードに期待されないこと。

The hotel is very very near to Cetral bus Staion of Grayhond. Just cross the road and you are at the hotel front door. Small rooms. The breakfast was not good. People are very cooperative.

the hotel conditions: old carpet, needs an update, the towels, soaps are of the cheapest quality, the lights were dim around the hotel and in the room. The air condition was barely on some days.

Hotel très bien placé, près de la plus grande station de métro de Montréal, mais très vétuste. Aucune isolation phonique en particulier. Sinon, rapport qualité/prix correct car tarif parmi les plus bas dans le centre de Montréal

Hotel Elegant Montreal was alright. It was in a good location and was warm, with a decent sized bathroom. It was too expensive though, not very clean and had an awful complimentary breakfast.

I had a hard time to find this hotel at first, but it's only my preparation problem. Once my group got there, everythings worked well. The room was pretty big and clean. Very comfy location and convenient. Only few blocks away from commercial area. Internet works well, staff helps a lot. Parking is a block away, but really safe. For a price like that, it is worth. We were badly impressed by this hotel. The room was small and we had to pay extra for our kids beds. The hotel is on the busy street and has no parking lot. The parking space we were given was a block and a half away and we had to pay for it. This hotel is not "Elegant" at all like its name

Reserving was a breeze. The room was clean & attractive but there is no A/C which I didn't realize. Luckily the weather wasn't hot. Also parking is a distance away & costs extra. From reading their ad, I was under the impression that parking was on the premises. Other then that, the hotel is excellent value for the price & close to all amenities.
