Great stay

We were travelling as a group of four and we liked our stay at Le Chateau Bromont. Upon arrival Diane took good care of us. A shuttle is available to you if you wish to have dinner outside of the hotel. At the hotel Patio, we received great service from Nicholas and Guillme. Awesome job guys!

Beautiful area but noisy lots of kids

This hotel has beautiful surroundings but offers packages for families with young children making it very noisy and the pool is often occupied with young children as well as the spa. If you are looking for a place to go as a couple do not choose this hotel you will be disappointed.

Comfortable luxury

Beautiful place to stay with the view of the mountain. Different types of restaurants on sites depending in your budget and craving. The rooms are very plush and comfortable. Private patios. Spacious bathrooms. And access to a beautiful garden, heated pool and many private whirlpools. You pay the price, but it's well worth it!

We tried this restaurant that offers the room service for lunch. We ordered some classics, such as meat sauce pastas for our little one, a burger and a club sandwich and it was good. The portions are quite large and the service was fast.

We returned to this hotel and we were happy to see they have continued to offer a great service. Their Spa treatments alone are worth the stay.

Stayed here for one night on our way to Quebec City - lovely hotel, restaurant had quality food for dinner and breakfast was adequate. Rooms where well appointed, beds were comfortable and had a view of the surrounding mountains. Would like to come back and visit in winter.

Desperately needs an update, slow service

They gave me a room by the elevator. Since there was no soundproofing, I was woken up two mornings by people talking in the hallway. This would have been better if it hadn't been so late that I went to sleep (due, in part, to eternal meals with extraordinarily slow service).

Great spring break

We spent 4 days during march break at the Chateau Bromont. There were loads of activities for the kids and they took advantage of everything. There were activities for the older kids, air bounce, free hot chocolate, and a variety of daily activities. We love that after a day of skiing, we can go swimming or relax in the outdoors... plus

Wonderful Hotel

We spent three nights at this hotel with our two children and enjoyed the hotel's amenities. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Being that we speak very little french we were made to feel completely at home and taken care off. The service was outstanding from the front desk to the ski shuttle.

Ski trip went very well because of the hospitality and the service that they have. Just a weekend but very Nice and Clean. The only down side is the Chateau is not on the hill so had to take the shuttle for ski, so if you looking for Ski In/Out. Choose an other place.

Beautiful

I stayed there and it was very nice and close to many restaurants and the ski area. We spent two days: Friday and Saturday. Need to make reservations early as it gets book very fast. The front desk ladies were very informative and sweet.

Exceptional hotel

Classy hotel and resort. Everything was topnotch. Especially liked the 5 hot tubs for privacy on the veranda. Of course, most if the TV was French but this is Quebec.

Affordable Luxury in Bromont

This was a beautiful hotel set in a scenic location at the foot of the ski hill outside of Bromont. The staff were friendly and accomodating, and made us feel at home. Complimentary welcome drinks on the rooftop terrace upon arrival were an added touch. The overall value for dollar was excellent!
