Quiet, clean and comfortable

We stayed 4 nights for a skiing and snowshoe trip in Charlevoix region. Very disappointing

I reserved a room for two nights and had asked for a room for a disabled person that was mentioned on the website. I had one hand-rail next to the toilet. Room was nice and clean, but the bed was most uncomfortable, very soft and sagging . Not a nice sleep. The front desk personel was eating their diner at the bar while I was requesting ice and they sent me further to the restaurant to get some. I expected a bit more service.

The hotel is well located on the main highway. We had to wait for our room as it was not ready at noon. The hotel has no elevator. The "Le Gourmet" restaurant is a misnomer. Just got back from a little trip at the Massif. We picked the Hotel Baie St-Paul for its location and price. We had a nice surprise... Plenty of space in the room, spotless and the most important thing for us...a very comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Nice hotel. Our room was very quiet even though we were close to the road. Very friendly staff. The room was a litle bit old-fashioned, but in excelent shape. Also it was very clean, with car parking area near the rooms.

Horrible experience- no sleep

Our experience was one of successive disruptions. First the fire alarm, compounded by the noise of the disco then noisy neighbours through pape thin walls that woke us up at 3-4 am.
