reminded us of European hotels. Small room but clean and comfortable.Very nice staff.
Second stay in this simple guest house very conveniently located on Plateau in Montreal. The essentials: croissants for breakfast, coffee, wine, stovetop, refrigerator. No pool, just nice views of the rooftop cats. I will make this my HQ from now on.
I preferring staying in the St. Denis neighborhood over the downtown area. No complaints about the staff, cleaniness, and condition of the room. It' good for the price you pay for. There is a jazz bar down stairs so a little bit of noise going pass midnight. It's not too bad, I slept right through it.
Good hotel in a nice and safe area. The Hotel is clean, quite and comfortable. Many restaurants around, subway station is on a walking distance from the hotel and locals friendly French/English speaking residents. Shopping is also good in the area. Many elegant Parisian style shoes stores and clothes available. Unfortunately the breakfast is poor. Just a croissant and a bottle of orange juice... plus
It was an awesome experience. The neighborhood is great for people who want to experience food and different sites. Its close to everything.
Great location, nice room, friendly staff. The only negative was that there was no air conditioning even though we had been told the room was air-conditioned.
Great location!! Good hotel. If you wanna be in the heart of everything this is the place to stay.
Ótima localização, perto do metrô mont royal, barzinhos ao redor do hotel, rua com restaurantes e lojas, atendimento excelente e prezam pela sua estadia!!!!!!
The room was a nice size and included a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. I was a little hesitant about the murphy bed, but it was comfortable. My only complaint would be that the room was too warm and there was no way to control the air conditioning (if there was any, I never did figure it out). The daily fresh croissants were amazing. I would stay here again. I would just not do it in July.
Out of the several hotels we stayed in during our trip to Quebec province, this was our favorite. It was like a mini-apartment in the middle of a great neighborhood. It came stocked with everything we needed, included a simple breakfast, and they ONLY CHARGED EXTRA FOR WINE. That is amazing in an age where you have to pay separately for every amenity it seems. Yes, the room we stayed in was... plus
Nice and comfortable, but very inconvenient that we could not receive wifi in the room, which the hotel staffs had known before.
I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past and it is clear the service has gone down. Our room was dusty and clearly not dusted for a few months. The cleaning service did a minimal amount of cleaning while I was there and in some cases neglected the whole room.
A croissant delivered each morning. I know it is routine, but need I say more?
It was just what we wanted: a quiet comfortable room in the heart of the plateau.
The staff at Anne Ma Soeur Anne was extremely accommodating. Beings there is no elevator, they helped to lug my suitcase to the reception area, as well as up another flight of stairs to my room. They let me pay half the hotel bill when checking out (& still leave my luggage there) because my friend would be paying the other half of the hotel bill when he checked out, & I had an appointment to... plus
The first thing you notice about the Hotel Anne ma Soeur Anne is how quiet and peaceful it is. It's on a great block in the artistic, upscale and safe Plateau neighbourhood, where you can find great shops, a liquor store, and a Renaud-Bray next door.

A perfect spot for diners and jazz lovers. Clubs and restaurants abound in this centrally located, inexpensive little gem. Not fancy, but has everything you need. Nous y avons passé une nuit ma fille et moi, à la Toussaint 2013. C'était correct, sans plus. Le personnel (1 réceptionniste) était très accueillante et diligente. La chambre était correcte mais vieillotte et d'une propreté très relative.

Great location - so close to KILLER restaurants. Picked up the Economy Room at a fantastic price - pretty small with a queen Murphy bed, but had a solid kitchenette complete with a toaster oven*, coffee maker, sink and free juice and bottled water. *PLUS, they bring you croissants each morning! We loved the location: wonderful restaurants, shopping, convenient to jog up Mont Royal, cafes and friendly people. Owner/manager was helpful and the morning croissants delivered to our door were delightful. The small kitchen great for mini meals, breakfasts and beverage storage. My room felt very European. It had a fold-away kitchenette and a Murphy Bed, with table once folded up. The room was clean and pleasant, there was free wifi, and the staff were very nice and helpful. Lots to see in the area. Stairs UP. Small cosy clean updated hotel. Very comfortable studio for two. Little complete kitchen and croissants on the door handle in the morning are a bonus!
