Kudos to sean and the horizon team!
April 27, 2011I was having trouble with my furnace last night and Sean was on call. Not only was he able to walk me through the items to check, his Customer Service was also simply fantastic! I've heard several "nightmare stories" about the possible charges for furnace repair work....but Sean was able to put my mind at ease with clear troubleshoting and the avoidance of forcing me into a costly after-hours... more

Basement ducting replacement with low-profile - great result!

I'm really happy. My basement only has 7.5-foot ceilings, and I was hoping to make more headroom in my current renovations by replacing the existing basement ductwork with low profile 6" ducting.
