Excellent housekeeping services

I was very impressed with the housekeeping staff. They were quick and efficient and had my room cleaned by the time I finished breakfast in the hotel restaurant. They were also proactive in room maintenance and informed the maintenance about a minor issue with the toilet that I did not even notice. The maintenance staff had if fixed at no time.

Front desk staff were great, mini fridge would have been nice too cool off their small $2.50 water bottles in the room. Some hairs in the coffee maker and the maid walking in at 8am without knocking were the only annoyances. Pleasant stay otherwise.

Great Staff, OK Hotel

Staff was extremely nice. The front desk, the room cleaners, restaurant, etc. The hotel was good too. Parking is secure, close to the hwy, the rooms were clean. The bathroom vent did not work well so it was relatively humid after a shower. Breakfast was good too. They had a complimentary lemon water out in the lobby, i thought that was a very nice touch.

Room smells a bit like cigarettes. Mugs and carafe could obviously be cleaner.

The staff was very attentive, the room large and very clean. Outside the noise of the planes was loud but not a problem inside. The attached dining was just right. Very casual and the food was quite good. Our flight to the states left at 7 AM and the shuttle was right on time at 4:45 AM. No problems and would recommend this hotel.

Vancouver access, restaurant, secure parking

I've stayed at the Airport Holiday Inn every Victoria Day weekend for three years now. It's my choice of lodging when I drive my classic British car to Vancouver's annual All British Field Meet (car show). Consequently, I really appreciate having secure parking onsite. The hotel is a modern, comfortable place with a friendly staff and an attached brew-pub restaurant. I'll be back.

Great hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights while at a car show and visiting family. The staff were very welcoming including dispensing with the overnight parking charge for my friends car. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The attached "Fog and Suds" restaurant proved very handy. Breakfast was very good and filling and the Roast Lamb we had for dinner was excellent. All the staff were very nice.

Convinient location

This hotel is located in a good spot. It's close to richmond's Chinese community with a lot of Chinese food options. With its proximity to the international hotel, we didn't have to rush to catch our flight. The hotel facility is clean and the rooms are very roomy and comfortable. If you have big family, this is the place to go with a value.

Very nice hotel close to YVR airport

A very nice 3 star hotel with fantastic staff! A great on site restaurant and lounge with several other places to eat close by. On a bus route with a 10 minute ride to the mall.

Good location for a flight early next morning

Our room was comfortable and clean and the restaurant served good food, however the room window was facing the wall of the car dealership next door and the lights were blinding all night...if we only would have discovered the blinds sooner we would have been able to get a better sleep. Our fault.

Very short stay as my flight to Vancouver was delayed by 3 hours. We booked our room at a bargain price. The room was as good as a $250.00 per night room for which we paid less than $60.00. Well worth the gamble.

Kind of disappointing

Had to move rooms in the middle of the night and the staff was accommodating. Checkin information was inconsistent from the front desk staff (is there a charge to park or not?). During our business meeting we constantly had to request service instead of being checked on. It will not be high on the list if I return to the area. Was fine for it's class, but did not exceed any expectations.

The Holiday Inn Vancouver airport is a fairly typical airport hotel. That said, the room was a good size, comfortable and came at a very good price. If I was in transit again I would definitely stay here again.

I got a really great deal from Hotwire for this hotel and we stayed there for 3 nights. Nice location. Great restaurant on site. Free wi-fi ( my favorite). Parking was $8, but that was fairly reasonable. Clean rooms and quiet. Mcdonalds is walking distance.

The gentleman on duty on Jan 22 at night (Steven) was wonderful. Very happy with his care and attention, as well as professionalism. We were just staying overnight before flying home, but the luxury and amenities made us wish we were there for longer. The attached restaurant served late, and the food was delicious. The hotel shuttle was efficient and got us to the airport as early as we needed.

About what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn

My room was clean, the staff was accommodating, and the attached restaurant has 120 different beers to choose from. Pretty epic.

It was there when we needed it.

We came in late and left early. The staff was on the ball. They helped us and had suggestions that made our stay pleasant. Then there was transportion that took us to the ship. I would recommend the hotel to friends and relatives. It was a good start for our cruise and a good ending. Thanks Holiday Inn International.

Our Pacific NW Trip

Its proximity to Vancouver Airport was convenient. The shuttle service was shared by several hotels, which made the trip a little longer, but that was offset by having more frequent pick up service.

When we booked the hotel on line, we reserved the 2 queen beds room, but when we arrived there, the hotel gave us wrong room, 1 king and a sofa...This would make us UN-happy, DIS-satisfied with the price we paid. The Hotel blamed it on the Orbitz...I would never want my friends, my family, my co-worker go thru all this experienced with Orbitz

Great location, convenient to the airpor

The hotel is clean and very convenient to the airport. There are several good running trails nearby. Steveston Village is a short drive away for a little shopping, sightseeing, and seafood dining.

Nice comfortable room

Nice room overall. On the noisy side because of the ice machine. Walls were thin. Could hear the neighbor on the phone. Towels and bedsheets were soft. Good pillow top mattress. Fitness Center was a treadmill and a bike as well as a jacuzzi. No fridge or microwave in room so we couldn't take back the leftovers.

Completely accomodating.

The Holiday Inn-International,Airport, Vancouver, was completely accomodating. I was able to park the rental car, walk securely about the neighborhood, and eat the best meals on site. The fact that it is located directly across the street from the business that I was in Vancouver for made it a plus. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious enough for my needs.

When we checked in, we asked for a quite room on the top floor. The staff simply got an attitude. The hotel was not full, we later asked another front desk staff.”
