Lovely, well appointed room!!! Microwave, Fridge, Ironing Board, Iron etc. etc. Small but comfy and clean. Nice bath. Comfy beds and pillows. Beware! Insufficient parking when hotel is busy

After a long tiring drive from Calgary, there were no parking spots, out front, in the back or anywhere for that matter near the hotel.
I spoke to the front desk and I was told to leave my vehicle at the Canadian Tire parking lot! Wow!

Overnighter but good choice

We were just travelling through Kelowna on our way home from Victoria to Edmonton. They only had business rooms in the "tower" left and they were a little more money but we were tired and since it was our last night on the road we didn't care what we slept in. My go to spot whenever I'm in town. Meghan was working triple duty and she checked me in, always pleasant! Speedy as usual, tower room is always splendid!
Breakfast is good, bacon, sausage, eggs and yogurt for me and a banana for the road. If you can get a cookie before they're all gone grab a few!

Meets expectations

Very nice and cooperative staff. Rooms are clean and well equiped. This hotel matches the brand expectations. They are located about ten minutes out of tourist area along with many of the other international brands. Parking in the tourist area is fairly easy. The hotel is close to farmers market, Costco and Walmart.

Above our expectation

We stayed 4 nites in this hotel and find that everything is above our expection of a hotel room. We booked the the room at the New Tower which probably was a good choice as the decor/furnitures were pretty new. The hotel also provided daily simple breakfast which was a plus point. Decent for the Price

This Holiday Inn Express is adequate for the price. It's relatively clean (I did find sunflower seeds behind one chair that had obviously not been well-vacuumed), has a cool waterslide for kids, gives you free breakfast (always a plus!) and has nice extras like a makeup remover towelette. Nothing blew me away, but it seems like the service is consistent.

Good Choice for Kelowna Hotel

I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Kelowna on several occasions. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and nicely appointed. This hotel is not located near the beach and the populated tourist attractions, but it is within walking distance of Kelowna's Orchard Park Mall. Great time at Holiday inn

We had booked three rooms for a reunion. we had a great time. The two water slides for the kids were great fun. Every one enjoyed themselves. One comment that there should be more supervision of the pool in the evening as rowdier young adults took over the pool and it was not safe for the younger children.

Issues with scents and technology

We just got home from a weekend in kelowna to celebrate my great aunts 80th birthday. My husband and I as well as our two young daughters (3Year Old and 9Months Old). Great value, excellent breakfast included, very comfortable

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The beds were wonderful Breakfast was a full meal including, eggs, bacon, sausage, cinnamon buns (warm and delicious) cereal, breads, juice, coffee, tea, cereal. I can't think of anything that was missing. The pool and hot tub was a welcome relief after driving through the mountains all day. Would definitely recommend.

Nice Hotel with Reasonable Rates

The Holiday Inn Express in Kelowna is a nice hotel with good pool & fitness facilities. The location is convenient as well. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable. It is my hotel of choice in Kelowna.

Super Hotel

Stayed there for three days in April. Hotel was clean and rooms were nice. Beds are comfortable and staff were super helpful. Breakfast was good and service during breakfast was excellent. Staff were very accommodating with all requests. Location is good and there is an abundance of parking. A definite place to stay in Kelowna.

Perfect from start to end

From the moment we entered the doors and checked-in, to the time our late check-out was accommodated, everything was perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool and waterslides, and the complimentary breakfast was better than what you pay for at most restaurants. We will definitely be back again!!

Very Good

We were back at the Holiday In Express Kelowna for another kids sports tournament. Very busy again but they were very good with the service and quality. Only advice I would suggest is having the water slide open longer hours. More than likely be back again next year.

fairly standard holiday inn with good staff, nice pool for the kids, good location and a half decent free breakfast. Certainly nothing to write home about, but you know what you are getting and they appear responsive to problems when they occur.

Tower getaway

I'm a busy parent, and every now and then, I check into the tower to refresh myself. The rooms are comfortable and I love the gourmet coffee and tea selection in the room. You can't beat the comfort of the beds, and the breakfasts are a real treat.

I stayed here for 3 nights and found everything I needed here. Close to shopping if need be as well as restaurants. My bed was Vee comfortable which I don't usually find with most hotels. Have stayed at many hotels within the area, found this to be more reasonable with excellent staff, cleaniness, and service with a smile.
Excellent variety selections at the morning breakfast buffet and staff is very friendly.
Walking distances to all amentities such as restaurants and shopping.

I always stay at the holiday Inn express while I am in Kelowna. Very close to the airport and mall.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
