The location and hotel were fine. Our room smelled like urine as soon as we walked in, which was worse in the bathroom, and then again when showering. It could have been just this one room - they tried to do something about it, but it seemed to be a temporary solution, and the smell came back The pool was also very cloudy.

We needed a nice quiet clean room, close to SFU, this was a very nice hotel, great breakfast, one of the best Continentals I've ever had, the hotel was clean, smelled nice, comfortable.

I asked to change my room a couple minutes after j checked in and they refused, later on that night when I came back the front receptionist asked me what room I was staying in when I had my room keys in my hand. Wasn't too happy about the hygiene of the room and the services. Never again will I come here again.

Excellent comfort and value

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I ended up spending more time in the room than anticipated as I became unwell (nothing to do with my stay!) Fortunately for me, the room was wonderful ~ spotlessly clean, the most comfortable bed, staff (notably Jason) was excellent. I'd definitely stay there again.

We received great service, had booked 2 rooms and they changed them to an adjoining room for us as we had a number of teens, was perfect. Breakfast had so much choice, our teens couldn't eat enough. Pool and hot tub really nice. Hotel even gave us menus for take away places and as we were at a gymnastic meet until late, really helped. Would definately stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights. Good room and comfortable beds. Front desk were very pleasant. No room issues. The parking would be if you had a disability. Friendly, Comfy & Includes Hot Breakfast

While visiting family in the area, we chose this hotel due to it's convenience to main roads. The desk staff are very friendly & accommodating. The beds are super comfy - both my husband and I slept so well. It includes a nice hot breakfast so is more "bang for the buck".

Funny Smell

I have stayed in this hotel often, however the last 2 trips I noticed a smell in the washroom. It smells faintly like vomit. Reading another review of this hotel about a bad smell, the manager responded by saying they are trying to use more enviromently friendly cleaning products. I will be trying a different hotel next time.

After a whole day of driving

We drove almost one thousand kilometres from Calgary. The hotel location was very convenience for motorists. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was very good too. Only negative point was the mattress was too soft for a good and comfortable sleep.
