comme nous avons réservé l hôtel a Moncton, celui ci est situe proche de tout donc nous avons fait le tour du nouveau Brunswick a partir de cette location,accueil chaleureux et super service du personnel

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre visite.Nous étions a proximité de L'autoroute ce qui a facilité nos déplacements.

Bel hôtel, situé près des activités (Magic Mountain, Zoo, restaurants...) Les chambres sont très confortables. Pour les enfants, la piscine est super!!

Que dire avec un très bel hôtel et un service impeccable !!! Le personnel agréable. Le seul point négatif, l'accès à l'hôtel n'est pas évident avec la ligne jaune sur la route !!!

Excellent pour les enfants, ils ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine et nous avons tous apprécié l'excellent déjeuner.

Manque de personnel????

A 17:30h notre chambre n'était pas prête encore! Peut-être manque de personnel? Et ça paraissait que le ménage avait été fait très vite. Sinon personnel très courtois et hôtel très pratique.

over all was a nice stay except for second night surrounded by kids very noisy Until midnight before they settled down, so we could sleep. Should let people know if your booking kids sport teams and you are going to be surrounded by them, would have made other arrangements at another Hotel, breakfast was great, room was nice and was clean

Très bien situé. Pas trop loin des restaurants

Le déjeuner est inclus. C'est un gros déjeuner et très varié. Beaucoup de choix. Il avait une buanderie, piscine et salle de conditionnement physique. Super satisfaite de cet hôtel. Elle est à recommander

Hôtel spacieux, près de la transcanadienne (2)

Le grand confort. Nous étions 5, 3 adultes et 2 enfants. La suite était parfaite avec ces 2 grands lits et son sofa-lit double. La cuisinette était très apprécié ainsi que les deux télévisions (une dans chaque pièce). Le personnel de l'hôtel a été d'une grande efficacité à nous trouver des endroits propices pour la pêche!

Great place to stop with a family!

The staff at this hotel are incredible! Everyone, even the cleaning and maintenance staff are super friendly and even greet you when passing in the hall... Our room was perfect for our family. We were so glad to have doors to close off the bedroom from the sitting area! (Why don't more hotels offer this?!? As a parent I love the opportunity to not have to go to bed at the same time as the kids... more

Best to Check with the Front Deak

Requested a rollaway cot when making a reservation. Was disappointed to learn, upon check-in, that due to Fire Regs I could not have a cot for the room. Misrepresentation.

Just stayed one night but we were very pleased. The beds are extremely comfortable.Bbreakfast is excellent and has a large room, not crowded. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel close to the Trans Canada Highway !

Just stopped for the night. Daughter had a quick swim. Close to some shopping and restaurants. Easy access from the Trans Canada. Good time!

The room booked was supposed to 2 double beds but instead it was 1 queen bed. The staff was very good in fixing this mistake & we had 2 queen size beds. My son requires his wheelchair for some activities & it was an accessible room--excellent for our stay.

Old but well maintained hotel.

The staff was really great, but we thought the hotel was aging. Maybe a bright pick me up would fix this. The grandchildren loved the pool and hot tub. The brealkfasts were really good, lots of choices to be had. We would probably stay here again if we went back to this area, as it was very close to everything we wanted to do. About the rooms

The rooms are runned down not very clean hair in the bathroom on the floors chips on the walls where paint should be dirty fridge and microwave, It was not the best hotel we as a family stayed in we will not be coming back Thank you.

Poorly maintained

The lock on the door was broken, the toilet clogged and the room didn't smell very nice. The hotel has a pamphlet providing guests with safety tips that did not instill any feelings of security for me an my family. Definitely not a hotel I would recommend.

Awesome Hotel... Friendly Staff & Close to Highway

When we got to the hotel we were told that they had overbooked and our room was no longer available. I was exhausted from driving all day and ready to cry. The manager asked us if the Presidential Suite would be acceptable for us. I think I may have said, "Uh huh". The staff was excellent and very pleased to be able to upgrade us. Disappointed

We have stayed at many Holiday Inn Hotels and this was by far the worst. The hotel was old and dated. We were placed at the back of the hotel, 2nd floor. There was no elevator access and to get any where in the motel you had to walk for miles. The breakfast area was too small for the number of guests being a accommodated. Would not recommend.

My family stayed here last week. The room was spacious and comfortable. My daughter loved the salt water pool. The exercise room was well equipped with modern equipment.

It has amentiies such as laundry facilities, outdoor BBQs, picnic tables, etc. The free breakfast was awesome and a really nice touch. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Magentic Hill Moncton and we had a fantastic experience. Since we are Priority Club Platinum Members (their Reward Points system) we got upgraded to a suite. The bedroom was separate from the living room and there was a small dining area (dinette set with 2 chairs) with a microwave and fridge. It was very spacious and comfortable.

This is a great Holiday Inn Express. Consistent with the banner, free breakfast, free wi-fi, great service and decent rooms. This hotel isn't the newest around but they always do a great job.

That's the beauty of being part of the largest hotel chain in the world... you always know what to expect and what you'll get! Great value for the money and very close to the new Casino

While the shape of the building isn't really conventional for the HIE brand (it's kind of like Moncton's version of the Pentagon), they've done a good job keeping the inside clean, modern, and more aligned with what you come to expect from HIE.
