The most genuinely helpful hotel staff that I've ever encountered. Went way above and beyond for our group of families. Literally every level of management was helpful at some point during this trip. We come to the area every year and will continue to for the next decade. We certainly will continue to frequent this hotel every chance we get.

This is a great hotel!! I came with my two boys and loved it, the rooms are great with a fridge and microwave, very handy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room service, awesome. Will stay here again without hesitation. Hotel was so quiet, great price too.

We stayed here the weekend of Nov 7-9 and it was quiet, clean and very convenient to get to our sporting event. The restaurant is not good and neither is the in-room coffee (Timothy's, from Kuerig), but there's a Tim Horton's just across the street. It is everything you do not expect it to be! All hotels say and show such great photos but they rarely meet expectations...this one does. Very clean, very relaxing and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was very nice and the chef was prepared to make individual special orders i.e. egg white omellet. I will definately return and tell friends.

The hotel says that they are in Niagara on the Lake but actually they are about 15 minutes away from the center of town. They are located off of a very busy road. It was not what I expected. I expected to be closer to town.

There was nothing wrong with this hotel. The beds were nice, the TV was a big flat screen. We came here to visit friends in Canada and it was fine. But, I wouldn't consider it a place to stay while vacationing. It was perfectly fine, but nothing special.

Great Wine Country Getaway

What a great location from which to explore the Falls and the numerous wineries in the area! We had just a short drive to Olde Town Niagara On The Lake, the Falls and to the St. Catherine's area and many boutique wineries which were our favorites. Staff was not very helpful in navigating us to the hotel. Breakfast was not included and that was disappointing. Location is conveniently off the highway but farther from all the entertainment in and around the surrounding areas. Room was comfortable and clean which sets Hilton hotels apart from other hotels in terms of quality.

Excellent Stay

This hotel was great for us. It was NOT within the main tourist area, but yet not too far away. Just a short drive to Niagara Falls and everything to do there. The hotel was full you could tell by the parking lot, but inside it seemed you were the only ones there. It was only in the lobby where you ran into other guests.

Great location, clean, friendly staff

We were in the area in 2003 to do some wine tasting and visit the falls and desided to return and do the wineries that we didn't get in 03. The hotel was right in the middle of those wineries. The room was very nice it faced the woods and not the street. We enjoyed the hot tub but did not use the pool.

Great service at the front desk and we were greeted with fresh backed cookies when we checked in. The rooms were nicely decorated and bathrooms super clean. Besides being waken up by the cleaning lady even though the do not disturb sign was hung on the door, the experience at this hotel was terrific.

The rooms were absolutely spotless and very comfortable.. The pool and gym were of a high standard. The breakfast was excellent as was the service. I feel that it was value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone and i actually checked into the Hilton Garden in Montreal later in my holiday.
