Served our purpose well
August 14, 2014We stayed at this hotel for one night after at concert at Casino Rama. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. I hate the skinny pillows that a lot of hotels have but that wasn't the case here. They were nice and thick and lots of them. If in the area, I would stay here again.

88 degree pool big plus for fibromyalgia

Best value - economical and clean
August 14, 2014Great price for a decent, clean room. Air conditioner worked well. No elevator - so have to lug baggage up two or three flights of stairs if on the upper floor. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast in adjoining restaurant was decent. Economical & clean motel.

Very Good Stay! Would Recommend
March 27, 2014I stayed at this hotel using the Hospital Rate due to being in Orillia to care for a family member in the hospital and they were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable, and large, they have all necessary amenities. Free wifi, free coffee, and complimentary breakfast.

Very Tired Hotel
November 17, 2013I spent this last weekend there and was very disappointed. The rooms have not been updated in a long time and were not clean. The food in the restaurant was poor and there were a lot of bugs flying around. I would not recommend this hotel.

Ugg should looked at Trip Advisor first

The girl at reception when we checked in was not overly attentive and at check-out, we were not even asked how our stay was. It seems trivial, but allows the opportunity to voice guest's feedback.

Pick up joint with BAD food

Great Stay & Wonderful Service
July 20, 2012We stayed in Orillia as we were visiting family in town and they reccomended the Highwayman Inn. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised and the staff was very friendly and check in was very quick. The beds were wonderful and both my Husband and I had a great nights sleep.
