If I could give them 0 star, I would! The Worst move ever! will never use them again, nor would I recommend them to my worst enemy! That's how horrible the move was and how miserable I felt with what they did to me!

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Highland Moving in Edmonton. First of all, the move took significantly longer than it should have. There were 4 movers and it seemed that one of them spent the majority of the time packing things properly in the truck while the others stood around. They complained constantly about how hot it was, the amount of stairs, etc. They "misplaced" a cushion... more

I would definitely not recommend this moving company, nor would I ever use them again; although the movers were friendly, they damaged a few of our items (assured us that we would be contacted by the office to discuss a discount for the damage, which never occurred).

I found them to be extremely slow; took them overall 11 hours and it cost me close to $3,000 just to move a small 2 bedroom... more

wow, after asking me to call them, and "promising" to get back to me - they still have not!!! Some customer service!

Horror story. Damaged hardwood floor of the place I was moving from. Cracked my antique kitchen table. Broke my $3500 treadmill. Since I signed the release when the movers left I thought I could not claim for anything. Plus the movers got lost on their way to my new place. If you value your belongings do not use this company.

Your People in the field are very responsive and accommodating, good natured and professional.
Moving Coordinators seem to be v busy but if a missed call they would call back in a reasonable time.
