We arrived to Vancouver by rail and it was late. We get out of the taxi to discover that there had been a fire of some variety, leaving every guest standing outside for hours, and leaving us of course unable to check in. Super in every way!

While pricier than my usual choices, the walking distance to Rogers Arena made it a perfect choice. It was super clean, secure, ample breakfast and staff was friendly.

Conveniently located near Rogers Arena

We were in town for the Def Leppard concert and were able to walk to the the arena.

Planned power outage from 11-3. Hmmm i paid full price for a hotel room with no power? Guess so. Dont honor Hilton honors account because booked on Expedia. Parking $25/day. Taxes on taxes plus taxes.

My son and I were here to watch a Canucks game and had a great stay. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the staff were very polite and helpful. The free hot breakfast was a great plus and helpful to get started on your day.

There was a two day electronic dance party in Vancouver last weekend, across the street from the hotel. The hotel had many young customers, but there were no loud parties or noise in the hallway. The staff were all friendly, courteous and helpful.

Stayed there twice in Dec-Jan and will stay again. One elevator not working but was fixed during or stay. Housekeeping should clean more thoroughly under beds. All staff that we spoke to were very friendly and helpful.

We stay here whenever in Vancouver with our children, the location and amenities are great value. The only negatives are the ugly carpet in the hallways (but who really cares, and the rooms are nicely furnished) and no Comedy Channel on the TV - yes, hard to find fault? Breakfast omelettes weren't nice, but all else nice and fresh, so enough choice. All staff very helpful. Love the rooftop gym!

overall experience was excellent. price was unbeatable considering the location and free breakfast. everything was within walking distance from the hotel. Of course, we took a bus to Stanley park and Granville island but we were able to walk around the downtown area. there was a Costco near by the hotel, which was a huge surprise. :)

This hotel is clean and beautiful, great location. My only complaint is the staff is very cold and snobbish. Maybe that is their version of "professional" but I didn't enjoy any of the times that I had to speak with them.

Nice hotel, excellent location

The staff was very nice, we only stayed one night. It was close to all kinds of restaurants and Rogers arena. We were there for a concert.

Great hotel to stay at! The only issue was the extreme lack of parking in their parkade and the tiny parking stalls. Don't drive a truck if you're staying there!

This hotel is amazing! Not only was the hotel clean and well-located, but the customer service exceeded my expectations. I accidentally left my iPod there and the manager was quick to respond to my email. They found it in the room and mailed it to me immediately, at no charge. Went to a Lion's game - very convenient. Front desk staff were a little grumpy - but hey! everyone is entitled to a bad day every once in a while. Room was clean, bed was VERY comfortable!! This hotel is right next door to the Georgian Court hotel for much less money. It is modern with wonderful, clean rooms, and an all you can eat breakfast included. The breakfast was not great, but the rooms and staff were wonderful. They have underground parking ($20), that is gated and secure. Centrally located and worth the price.

This hotel is in a great location. Staff was courteous, but not overly friendly. Our room was really quiet, but cramped and somewhat outdated. It could use some minor repairs to the floor tiles in the bathroom. Overall, this hotel seemed a bit expensive for what we got, but we would stay here again just because of the location.

We read great reviews about this hotel and chose the King Suite. We also checked for games at BC Place during our stay because it is right next door to the hotel. The Suite was awesome, comfortable clean, stylish. The staff was helpful, and the free breakfast was great.

If you are not travelling with a coach tour, call ahead a few months before your visit and ask for an upgrade. We ended up in a corner suite, complete with jaccuzi bath. Floor to ceiling glass walls give a panoramic view of Vancouver.

We like that it was in the middle of downtown. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. We missed eggs since we started traveling, and Hamptons had eggs!

Disappointing

location dodgy, hastings is around the corner where I could see people shooting up in alleys and get harrassed by junkies and hookers walking down the street. Dont stay here or downtown... in the hotel suite, safe was broke, TV was broke and AC was broke..... took them 2 days to fix it. I will never go back, next time I will stop in Victoria and not in a Hampton

Can't beat the location

If you are attending anything at BC place, this is the place to stay. Its closer than the parking lots! Can't beat the location. The staff are friendly and courteous. The free breakfast in the morning is of surprisingly good quality. Would recommend this place.
