Great location in the West End and a pretty impressive supply of products. Prices are OK. I know I can get a better deal on some of the products I regularly buy at similar stores on The Drive but as they undoubtedly pay West End prices for rent and I am not willing to travel, its a quid pro quo. If I need help with anything experience has taught me to direct my questions to senior staff only.... more

I've been on a bit of a health food kick lately mainly 'cause I am constantly looking for ways to help myself naturally. This store has the basics and then some. Lots of selection and a few hard to find items in one location. The lady at the til was super helpful and patient with me. The prices for what they are were decent.

I love this little store (but I didn't know it was called Garden Health foods... hmmm)... I love the rocks and crystals, stuff for smudges, huge selection of healthy toothpaste, soap, shampoo, etc... not to mention the awesome selection of vitamins and supplements and tea. The place has a funky feel to it and I like to go and look around and day dream about what I would buy if I won the lottery... more

Service, while thorough, can be a bit slow at times.

A great shop filled with holistic goods for every ailment.

A friend referred me to Garden Health and recommended I buy the oregano oil as a cold/viral preventative. The store stocks a few brands and offers it in both liquid and pill form.

The staff person was extremely helpful in explaining the brands, types, and dosages. She even explained how she herself has used the product.

Nourish your body with supplements and anti-cold holistic remedies that Garden Health offers. Although prices might be a little higher than the Shoppers Drug Mart down the street, I can't help but love all of the health-education I receive when I buy my vitamins, minerals, oils etc.
