The worst customer experience I have ever had with a company. I'd pay double for something before I'd even consider giving them my business.
Be very careful about having your computer serviced here. I left my laptop there to have it looked at because of a heat issue and was told that they would contact me in 2 days to tell me what the problem was. I called 4 days later after not being contacted and was told that the computer was sent out, the hard drive had been replaced, and it would be 2 weeks before I had it back. Not exactly what I had been told.
I was making a purchase one day for a router, explained to the employee what I was looking for, he asked if I wanted to purchase some package where they will service and come and install it for like an extra $70, I said no, ask another question, the associate went to check for me, came back and said they can come and install it this afternoon. I already told him no and told him no again, for a third time he mentioned about them doing it for me, I put the item down, left and purchased it else where.
I purchased two laptops, a camera, movies and a television here at Christmas time. The prices are always good here so of course that is what prompted me to visit there, but it is the staff that keeps bringing me back. The staff are not only courteous and helpful, but they even remember my name when I come to the store!! I have been shopping here since Future Shop first came to Sydney and will continue to!!
I had my sirius radio put in quickly and efficiently. No wait time. Great explanation on how to get the radio on line after it was installed. Also told me some of the extras I may need if I have reception trouble later on
