My wife and I found Future Contractors Group to be a huge disappointment on every front - quality, commitment to deadlines, customer service, professionalism - you name it.
Our experience with them was terrible.
Look for them under their "new" name, FCG Home Improvements.

The work they did was WAY below standards. They not only did a bad job, they did not finish and took my money. They should be put out of business. Also not members of the better business bureau that they claim to be.

I'm taking this company to court. I have a very good case. Unfortunately...
...a few bad apples spoiled the bunch. We believe that's what happened.

We are all members of the construction community and help eachother in contracting excellence. We have helped Future Contractors Group in the recent past with some of their projects and to the contrary, we have experienced nothing but very happy clients. Handshakes, coffee, cookies,thank you's, etc.
We did a lot of flooring for them and they turned out beautiful. So beautiful that their clients couldn't wait to pay Future Contractors Group. On one occassion there was some unoticed floor board deficiencies. FCG was diligent and called us back. To the accountable contractor it happens and they take care of it right away. Everybody is happy.
We believe that you may have been the unfortunate one to get a bad apple. That makes the entire construction community look bad.
Was that contractor a bad apple?
Were you fair and professional with FCG?
Did you allow them first rights to their deficiences?
Were you ethical in your decisions?
Our experience was great with them. Their experience was great with us and their clients couldn't be happier.

After our biggest mistake of hiring this company we wanted to file a complaint to the BBB (Better Business Bureau ) but these guys unsubscribed from it obviously due to their "F" rating. I'm glad I found them on this website after googling their company's name.
Worst experience ever!
We hired this company for an extensive amount of work, the quality was terribly lacking, there was no project management, no coordination, missed deadlines, unprofessionalism, and the list goes on. Avoid using this company if you want to maintain your sanity.
WHY???
Why oh why did I not do my research about this company before hiring them. STAY AWAY!!!
Their future should not involve construction
Unprofessional and excuse-based company. Steer clear unless you want your place to appear on a future Holmes on Homes episode.
