Stylist needs to grow up!
Your mission statement is a joke. Stating your mission is to provide the best salon experience through exceptional service is laughable. Going to Frenzi's Salon in Cambridge was the worst experience I ever had. The stylist I had was so immature and so clueless on how to work with customers especially what is best for the customer, not her. Her lack of knowledge and attitude has turned me off of Frenzis.

I received amazing service and attention on my first visit to Frenzi by salon manager Holly and stylist Renne...that's why three years later... I am a loyal Frenzi client that enjoys each visit, tells family & friends about Frenzi and looks forward to repeating the experience again upon my next visit!
Amazing People
You know its been awhile since I have had a proper haircut. It was refreshing to actually have the time spent on a hair massage wash and then cutting and styling. I have gone into some places where you are in and out in 15 mins.and you don't get the wash. Keep it up.
If you want to spend 2 hours for a mens haircut only.....
If you don't mind getting a mens haircut that takes almost 1 hour and 40 min... then this is your place but I own my own buisness and do not have this long.. A mens haircut only takes this long please and ontop of it, the girl didnt even know how to cut my hair,
some guy had to come and show her.
If she is not ready then do not put her on the floor cutting hair....
If she was not ready, then she should maybe practice on the staff after hours or before hours..
I would not recommend this hair salon to anyone I have been to many and nothing was ever like this...
My wife also use to go to this salon but
because of this we will definetely be going back to Tenik or Frank Anthonys both really great salons and great customer service.....

This is a great place to shop. You can shop there all day and never get bored. It has over 300 stores and 4 shopping floors. located on Yonge street near St. Micheals Hospital
