Bed very poor. Great lounge and fantastic front desk staff. Laying around in my room in the dark with only my tv on and I realized there was spiders crawling around in my room. Room 134. UPDATE the construction ppl started banging on walls, saws ect at 8:45 am. Called to complain and was offered a breakfast. Breakfast was very good. I had to move 2 times to get a room that was quiet. August 07, 2011Nicely located hotel. Great for families as we had rooms with 3 queen beds. They had lots of space for all of us. Nice lobby, very nice restaurant in the hotel. Would recommend and stay again.

“Pleasantly surprised.
August 25, 2009Although the hotel is dated in some ways. The room was clean and comfortable with a modern bath. I found the staff pleasant and responsive to requests. It was nice to have a good restaurant on site. When in Fredericton, I would stay at this hotel.
