This place was great. The service and staff were way better than many higher "scale" hotels I've stayed. I was blown away by how pleasant and easy the experience was....also the location can't be beat!

Stayed here two night this weekend, it is an ok hotel no frills, bells and whistles or anything fancy. I stay in hotels a lot on work travels - think of this as the Costco of hotels. Plastic cups in the bathroom basic furniture, shampoo and body wash dispensers in the bathroom etc.

The clerk and I agreed upon a rate, and that was not the rate that I was charged, i was charged more. When I got my C/C statement and called the hotel, I was told too bad, that was the rate, and that's it.

Nice hotel. Right across from airport.

This is a very nice hotel. Right across from the Pearson Airport. I don't understand why paying guests also have to pay $12/day to park at the hotel. Kind of ridiculous.

A weekend in Canada

Almost every year I go to Canada but my family and I never stay in a hotel. This was our first time and it was great! The free access to the pool and gym made my stay worth it. The employees were also very friendly, especially one of the waitors named Hash.

Nice hotel, close to Airport with shuttle service

We have recommended this hotel to several people because of the convenience location and free shuttle service. On arrival it appears that we had automatically already been checked in - how?. The front desk was able to resolve this quickly. The room was nice, small bath room - this was not a problem. The bedding was really comfortable - we needed a rest after our flight.

Late Check in

We had a late check in after a long flight - asked for a late check out since our flight leaving Toronto wasn't until 6:30pm. The room was very nice and very clean. Also nice and quiet. Slept 8 hrs and then relaxed all day until check out time. The shuttle bus to the Airport was very comfortable and convenient. The driver treated us very well.

Disappointing

When booking there was no mention that the hotel was under construction. The hallway was being dry walled, baseboards were removed. They wanted to charge us $2 for wine glasses!! Very disappointing for the price we paid. Would not return

Awesome hotel. Very clean, restaurant and front desk staff extremely nice. Shuttle to airport every 30 minutes (which connected us to the public transit & subway station)... Stayed 3 nights and will definitely be returning. No complaints. We even showed up at 7:30AM as our flight was super early.... Check in is not until 3PM and they had a room ready for us at 9AM. Conveniently located

There is a GO bus stop right outside and they offer a free shuttle to and from the airport. There is a texmex restaurant in walking/bussing distance, so that's nice! Staff are friendly and helpful.

Had some noisy neighbors, not really the hotels fault. They were able to handle in a proper manner without any incident. Not as big as the picture shows it

The room that we got through hotels.com was not as big as we expected. Our expectation was that room would be much larger because of the pictures on their website. Our room was clean and nice. We had to pay for parking which was unexpected. Hotel is located near restaurants. It is located right across from the airport, but it is very quiet.

Overnight trip

The hotel receptionist/hostess, Shereen, was extremely pleasant at check in. The restaurant served good portions for the price and the food was very tasty.

Rooms are pretty old and smell horrible.

I'm not the first one to say it, but the rooms are very tiny with outdated furniture and a very very strong smell of BO in the air. The AC helped a little bit, but the smell stayed throughout our stay.

Front desk staff are very accommodating. Hotel was quiet considering it proximity to the airport runways. A towel rack with clean towels on the back wall of the shower was kind of strange. All in all a great place.

Great service

From check in to check out the service topped the charts. Happy greeting, hired us a car to take us to medieval times and followed up to be sure we got the transportation to fit a wheelchair. Rooms spectacular and clean...our son that has cerebral palsy could crawl on the floor with no worries!

Hidden gem close to the airport

My wife and I had a frat stay at this hotel. We were visiting family who live within a 10 minute drive. We find its proximity to the major highways a plus on top of the friendly and efficient service. The restaurant is also a bonus at dinner. A small but varied menu.

I got stranded here and Delta arranged for a discounted rate. Was a very standard hotel. Clean, pleasant, close to the airport. I'd stay here again before a flight. I believe they offer free breakfast but I was out before I could sample. Shuttle service runs every half hour.

My daughter and I stayed here one night; I booked using Hotwire. The hotel's decor reminded me of hotels I have visited in Copenhagen; it was also very clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were superb. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, prices were moderate. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms, close to the airport. The free breakfast is much better then expected! The pool is small, but it certinaly does the job for a bit of excercise and cooling off after a flight. The roadway into the hotel is a bit deceiving, there are a few twists and tuns to get in.

Stayed for one night. The walls are paper thin, can hear planes taking off and neighbors coughing or peeing. Gross. Rooms are small and hotel is a bit outdated. Not a good sleep at all. Restaurant was good though.

The hotel is about 7 minutes from the airport. The shuttle is operated by these two men who just love what they do! The staff is very friendly and the hotel is well maintained. My family stay there every time we pass through Toronto with connecting flights.

We pick this hotel from advice of our Travel Agent. It close to the airport and offers Stay and fly offers. They only problem was the 3 am slamming of doors and people yelling in the hallway. Manage expectations and be prepared for bare bones accommodation. I was dissapointed that the tv remote and in room climate control did not work. This said I felt the staff went out of their way (front desk, restaurant, room service) to provide a very good service experience and this took it to rating 3 from 2.

I stayed overnight because I had an early morning flight and suited its purpose. No concerns, but no "wows" either. All the staff were friendly and quick which is what you need for a short stay. I would definitely stay here again if the price was the same.

I stayed here for three nights while attending training being hosted in the hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel. The price was good but it did not include breakfast and they charge for parking in thier own lot! $12 a night. Room service was good and fast. No in-room refigerator, but it had an in-room safe.

Ran out of towels in pool area and my husband told staff. He was told
someone would bring more towels but the towels never arrived after

The carpets in hallways were dirty. The decor is dated and should be renovated. I like to have a room with a fridge and a microwave. The first evening I didn't have any bath towels. I attempted to call housekeeping and the front desk, however no one answered the phone.

Ok room, BO smell, so cranked the AC and went out for a bit hoping it would clear the air a bit. Kind of worked. Nice pool and ok gym. No free breakfast. Long walk to nearby restaurants.

Very very convenient for Toronto airport terminal 3

The folks are nice enough and they offer a shuttle bus. That said food at the restaurant is poor, the rooms are small and the beds are mediocre.

Overall I thought the hotel was sufficient for its price. I really liked the ergonomic chair and the well-lit room. They provided just enough toiletries. However, I expected more amenities to be available like a refrigerator, and a data port. Also, it would nice if the heater wasn't so loud too.

Needed a place to stay for an early morning flight and as we live out of town we checked in at the Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Airport. Nice accommodations and quick breakfast.

If one is flying out or into Terminal B L.B.Pearson Int'l airport in Toronto, the Four Points By Sheraton Toronto Airport is very handy. It is a 5 minute walk to the hotel from Terminal B, no shuttle or taxi needed for transfer. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent, and the hotel itself is very good, with good beds and service.

Four Points by Sheraton at the TorontoAi

I used the hotel because I had to break up a trip and overnight in Toronto. The hotel was clean comfortble, reasonably priced and had reasonably good food. Good shutle service to airport and best of all a dandy little swimming pool and hot tub.

A Decent place

Check in was great, but nobody informed me until checking out that parking cost $12.[...] it was a non-smoking hotel which was a bit of a turn off for me, being a smoker.My girlfriend and I called room service at 10:15 for a pizza because the info sheet said they were open until 11.The person in room service said they were closed until we brought up the fact that they're open until 11.
