Wonderful Ambiance, Great Servers, Fine Food

my favourite local restaurant

Reliable, friendly relaxed service and atmosphere, and very fresh fish. Never Disappointing

I frequent many restaurants in Ottawa on business and I have never had even a mediocre meal at Flippers.The seafood is always fresh and beautifully presented. The bar is one of the more interesting in Ottawa with copper finish.
