I used 5 Star cleaning rug cleaning and repair services. They picked the rugs and dropped them off for free and it took 5 days to get hem back. The cleaning result were very impressive. We very very happy with their rug cleaning services. I would like to share my review and very positive experience with others.

Our basement was flooded by broken pipe and most of our stud got wet. I found this great company online and called them up. Their customer and restoration services were great from the time of our call, estimation to restoration and repair. We had our basement back to better than before in 5 days. We were very happy with their services and we will use their cleaning and restoration services in future if needed and also recommend them to our family, friends and others.

I have 3 handmade rugs that given to me by my father, I needed to clean and repair them before I use them since we have young kids. I used Five Star Flood Emergency services few weeks ago and I would like to write this review to thank them for their great services. We had couple of areas of our bathroom ceilings and family room that got damaged by leaking and needed to be fixed, and find the source of leaking. There was some darken areas of mold formation, Bob was able to tell us exactly what was happening. We called Five Star Cleaning on homestars. Bob responded quickly to our e-mail respond and made appt later that day. He came in ontime with two technician, after estimate and inspections we agreed to proceed with the services. They were punctual, professional and very caring towrads our concerns. We were very happy to do business with them and were also happy with he very clean and through job. No more leaking problem since and it is hard to say which part has been fixed. They also removed the mold from the area. We Strongly recommend their very outsatanding customer services to others.

Here is my experience with a great flood emergency company. Our laundry machine was broken and got our carpeted basement soaking wet. I found Five Satr Cleaning and Flood Emergency online and called them up, They were very quick to respond and got to my place in an hour. They extract all the water with their strong machine and set up equipments to dry it for about 3 days, I got my basement back to its normal in 3 days. Oh my God, I had never seen these much water in my basement, where it soaked all of our carpets and furnitures and so on. I got online right away and found Five Star Flood Emergency Company based on their amazing customer reviews online, and called them right away. Bob said he can not promissed but he will do his best to send his crew there before mid night, where I called around 9:00 pm. So I tried couple of other companies as well, but I decided to wait for Bob's crew. They called and came in by 11:45pm ontrol over the situation, in couple of hours they have done extracting water, taking out baseboards, and all other related business and set up their drying equipments. anyways, in 5 days they did an amazing job in drying, cleaning, basebaords, and changing to new underpads, steam cleaning my carpets and tried to save as much as possible of my stuff in basement from water damage. Thanks a lot Our basement was flooded due to the storm on July 8 very badly, since we used five star cleaning services for rug and carpe4t cleaning we knew they do the flood emergencies as weel. I called Bob right away as soon as I found our that our basement flooded at 9:00pm at night, Since we were his regular customer he promissed he will come out and have a look at it by midnight of that storm night, since he was very busy with dealing with others floods. He came with his crew sometimes pass midnight, and they stared right away with our permision. By 2:00 am they took control over the flood and set up their equipments ands so on, In 5 days we had our basemnet back , dry, clean, fixed and mould free.

Carpet Cleaning, Stain Removal, in our officce
Our meeting rooms carpet cleaning gets cleaned once a year by a company. This time we needed to clean it earlier for a very important meeting that was coming up, since the usuall company was not avaiable to clean it, we called Five Star Cleaning Company. We were so glad we did, Bob and his technician were so professional and efficient. Although Bob said stain removal is not 100% gauranteed, but they did managed to get rid off all the stains. The staff and I were very shocked to see how clean the carpets became as someone would think the barnd new carpet has been installed. dealing with snow storm is hard enough and on top Finding out that your fundations has problem and your basement is flooded. We have had wrinkles on our carpets in living room and dinning room for sometime, we all have tripped over at least few times each, but no serious injury until my mom came and fell and broke her elbow. Scotch Garding my new Furnitures
We found Five Star Cleaning on line based on their great customer reviews. We just moved to new house in December and We needed to scotch gaurd all of my sofas, chairs and couple of rugs since we have young kids. Besides, we love to have parties at my place all the time. . Bob and his technician did a very good job in protecting my expensive furniture. Last week, When I had X-Mass Party at my house , some red wine by accident spill on our sofa, My wife and I were panicking when we saw that, The red wine drops were just like little liqid balls sat on top of sofa , not sinking in at all!!!! I used Five Star Rug Flood and water damge company for taking care of my basement due tosome water damge and very bad smell that it caused. Five Star Rug Cleaning did an amazing and very impressive job in cleaning my rugs. I have a collection of very fine and delicate rugs that I dearly love. One of my co-worker recommend the Five Star Rug cleaning to me. They did an excellent job in cleaning our rugs and getting rid off all the stains, like brand new one. Wow, What a great Company, We finally found a company that we can rely on. We used their services 3 times so far. Flood and water damge and Restoration in my house in main floor
I would like to extend a very warm thank you to Bob and his crews for helping us in dealing with our emergency. Unfortunately, our main floor was flooded due to malfunctioning of our kitchen sink and water tap. I found out in the early mornoing hours of Sunday. I was going crazy and panicking. Finally , I got online and called Five star flood emergencies, Bob answered the phone and started to giving me advise what to do while he was on his way to here.His calming tone of voice gave me some pieces of mind to calm down as well and deal withit. They were here in less than 30 minutes. They took control over the situation very proffesionally. They did manage the damages done and fix everything back to normal in few days with our insurance without giving us any hastle. What a great company to deal with in Emergency situation. We got flood in our basement and got in touch with Five Star Emergency company at 11:15 pm, since they were 24/7 fro flood emergencies. Bob responded very quickly to my e-mail then I called and talk to him. he patiently explained all the options and process involved. I asked them to come in and give me estimate. They got to my house in about 1/2 hour. I was happy with the work is going to be done and their estimate, they started right away. The crew were so skilled and professional.
