At the foot of the Laurentians, in Quebec's most picturesque village, the Fairmont Tremblant hotel features distinctive guest rooms, elegant fine dining, a luxury spa, and world-class golf and skiing
The sporty but classy centerpiece of the Tremblant resort area takes its cues from the 19th-century railroad "castle hotels" scattered throughout Canada. The hotel has wood paneling, copper and wrought-iron details, stained glass, and stone fireplaces. During ski season, guests on the Gold Floor receive complimentary breakfast and evening appetizers. We had a lovely stay at the hotel except for the cleanliness of the room, especially the shower/bath which I discovered mid use had large clumps of black hair all over the walls and soap dish. needless to say it was disgusting. Other than that... plus

Good:
Great pools
Great proximity to the village (2 minutes walk, but out of earshot)
Bad:

Room 121 is at headlight level for cars pulling into the hotel (we upgrades to a suite for $85/day for nights 2-4).
Limited free TV options
Ugly:
Sacrebleu! $16-28/day (?!) for WiFi and iPad (Netflix) still pixilated and buffered every couple of minutes. WiFi speed tested at...

This is a Fairmont Hotel in name only. Stay here if you can get a deal but do not pay full price. The experience is not as good as other Fairmont hotels.
If you must ski at Tremblant, then staying at this hotel will shield you (somewhat) from the notoriously bad service in the rest of the Tremblant village. Though we did wait 30 minutes for a Martini in a mostly empty lounge - More on why it's...

Very upbeat atmosphere and decor. Our food was satisfying and hot. Great view!!! We will return! Www.perrelliphoto.com
Mixed review for this hotel. We were there over the busy holiday rush and I'm sure some of the issues we encountered were because the hotel was overwhelmed.
When paying top dollar is their being busy my problem? Umm, no.
For example, we checked into the hotel around 8:00 pm. Get settled in our rooms. Next mission, find the kids some food. The Ricochet cafe was closed, no sundry store, room...

This is by far the worse hotel we have ever stayed at!
Costumer service is definitely not priority at this place. Front desk rude and unbelievable unprofessional, I honestly believe the staff that work at this hotel do not enjoy their jobs.
After all this is a 5 star hotel costumer service should be there number one priority!!! Unfortunately that's not the case!

Very beautiful hotel, newly renovated, centrally located in the heart of Mont-Tremblant. The views from the rooms (well room 622) are beautiful -- you can wake up to a fantastic view of the Tremblant village and see skiiers whizzing by. Truly breathtaking in the winter time.

Omg! Love this place! AMAZING breakfast! LOVE the eggs Benedict! It had AMAZING hollandaise sauce! They had go karts, bungee trampolines, and rock climbing. It was so much FUN! Though they didn't have the tv channels that I like it was the BEST experience ever!
Great service but disappointed they have special channels for muslims but nothing for Christians
Amazing service! We felt super welcome right away. Front desk was super helpful and friendly. It was our anniversary and they made us feel special throughout our whole stay. The pools (indoor and outdoor) were awesome as well. Roasted marshmallows on a fire pit outside near the pools. Located at the end of the village.. it was nice to be so close to all of the restaurants and shops. Highly... plus
Ideally located hotel with great staff and service. Some of the rooms are a bit dated but not terribly so. The service was outstanding - everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
I was at a pensions and benefits conference this week and it was held in Mont Tremblant. My home away from home was the Fairmont.
The luge course was just outside my window. On Saturday, there were deer in the grass!
There was a heated pool and hot tub (they are open all year round). I had time to use it on Sunday but it was a chilly day so I passed. The hotel is at the top of the village so...

Great hotel. And amazing service. Keep up the good job. This is the place to go to!!!
We came here for our 5 years. It was all originally planned out by my better half. Excellent hotel with excellent service. Rooms are very spacious. Ours was basic & had hotpot, coffee maker, & fridge. Outdoor pools are heated all winter, indoor pool very nice. Main restaurant is overpriced, chose to only... plus
We had a great stay here. The location was perfect for skiing and the ski valet made it so easy once we had our equipment. The staff was very nice. Kids had great time in the outdoor hot pool.

Hotel is nice. At over 600$ per night for a standard two bedroom you would expect superior service. Let's start by saying that you can't go wrong when staying at a Fairmont.
There's a warmth and coziness to this hotel that is very hard to put into words. The feel of the place is typical of a ski retreat.
The room was squeeky clean.
The location of the hotel is right next to the main chairlift and the village.
The only little thing negative I noticed is the outdoor pools need a bit of work....

I have never stayed at a hotel with such amazing, consistent service.
Everyone we interacted with was helpful, cheerful and genuinely seemed concerned if we were having a great time.

Hint : try to book the rooms on the 7 th floor (gold rooms ) you get your own mini restaurant with free coffee, cookies , breakfast and different snacks - well worth it and wifi in your room for free !!! Which is like 20 dollars for 24/7 in your room in the hotel - free...

Decent rooms and good food. The staff seem to be very accommodating to special needs and requests. Nice pool area and fitness centre. Located at the top of the village so it's a bit of a hike to get up but luckily there is a Gondola so you can take it as a shortcut.
Nice outdoor heated pools and 40 celcius whirlpool with a beautiful view of the mouton. What was suppose to be a few hours stay at the pool ended up being a whole day lounging there. It was too beautiful and comfortable to leave. The in-room snacks and drinks were too expensive which is the low point of this hotel.
We had choices but chose your hotel and were glad we did.
I was so pleased of the warm and friendly welcome from the Hotel recipient , the suite was great and the view was so nice. the food was very good. To make the long story short,my stay ,all over was great and i hade very nice time enjoying my 37 Anniversary with my beautiful wife.

We stayed at Fairmont Tremblant for four nights during the Ironman 70.3 world championships in Sept. The hotel was everything we could ask for. From the time we drove up until we left four days later, the experience was exceptional! The Concierge was knowledgeable, friendly and proactive - he ordered our zip line reservations, dinner reservations, golf tee times and offered us the use of the hotel's clubs at no charge. The food was fantastic in the dining rooms, the pool was warm and relaxing and the amenities were exceptional.
Overall OK, but not as nice as I was expecting for Fairmont brand at this price range. Both hotels we stayed at in Montreal were nicer and less expensive by $150-200 per night. Location at the top of the village was nice; we used the aerial tram to get around the village a lot. Hotel was booked with athletes competing in a half Ironman on Sunday, yet the hotel would not provide any late check... plus
Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the hotel and in Mont Tremblant
The only thing was you didn't let me know there was a major event that week-end IRONMAN and that on Sunday ALL roads were blocked and we couldn't leave the hotel or Mont Tremblant area until 13h00 That was a major bust fir us because we were there on business and and had a business meeting at 8h30 WE COULDN'T get there. The hotel was great but for that was a major problem
The hotel has a beautiful view of Tremblant Village and the Mountain. The 2 bedroom suites with a kitchen is perfect for a family with young kids. The rooms are exquisite and the bathroom has a multi-level showering system from an overhead rain to an adjustable shower handle which accommodates all heights.
This hotel is nice and in a great location.
Everything about this hotel was fantastic...the location, the amenities, the people at the front desk, restaurants, parking valets, concierge desk, etc. The recommendations made for local restaurants, the offer of free bikes, reservations made for the Zip Line and golf were amazing. We would recommend the Fairmont Mont Tremblant unreservedly.
Courteous, professional, helpful staff all around - starting with the valet parking, front desk reception, porters and the restaurant hostess. Well done! Room was clean and comfortable and the checkout process was a breeze.
The best hotel at Mont-Tremblant village. Situation is perfect and amenities too!
Merci a toute l'équipe!!
We were looking for a three-day mini-vacation, and Mont-Tremblant seemed like the perfect choice. Although it's known as a ski resort, we went in the summer, and had a fantastic time. The Fairmont Tremblant has both indoor and outdoor pools, and is located right near the charming pedestrian village. So there were lots of shops, restaurants, and attractions--like "luge" rides and climbing... plus
everyone i've spoken to said fairmont is THE best hotel to stay at tremblant... i guess i'll take their word for it because the only thing i would complain about is the dirty floor towel and missing floor towel from housekeeping. other than that, i really have no other complaints! now onto the positives:

I was visiting with the family, and everyone liked their stay at the Fairmont. Our visit coincided with the Wanderlust festival, which was an added bonus. BTW, as breakfast is not included in the room tariff, you have a choice to walk a... plus
I thought that the hotel was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were fine value for what you pay (assuming you book pretty far in advance) but the biggest negative is that the food was VERY expensive for what you get.

Best location in Tremblant. Hotel is awesome. Has the feel of a Ritz Carleton for some reason. That's a good thing!!!
1. Hotel does not offer free cabin tickets to mountain top like other participating hotels which mean $100 per night extra charges for any family 2. Breakfast IS VERY expensive so for a family size of 4-5 persons will pay another $100 for breakfast per night ?!?!
We didn't want to leave, extended our stay once and considered staying even extra time but all good things must come to an end.
Great location. Expensive village. We are talking $65 breakfasts. Unfortunately for us the weather was poor.
The welcome outside by the valetw as disgusting it was all about their tips. they didnt give us any room or the chance to sort out our lugguage they just kept taking bags from our trunk. Not terribly impressed with the restaurant/bar facilities present at this hotel. I would have expected more from a Fairmont. We decided not to eat/drink at the hotel at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful, though.
The description and reviews are bang-on. An excellent hotel of high quality and comfort. Great location, luxury accommodations and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. A must visit.
Super!
Was a good stay but unfortunately not blessed by weather conditions. The hotel is great and has all you need for a great stay. The staff is very warm and nice. The only inconvenient thing is the parking. I like the self parking idea rather than the valet parking system. But I know others like valet system, so no complains at all.
Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was great. Room was cute but just ok. Needs a little updating in the bathroom but very clean.
Great location, great staff, dusty room, very close to everything! Highly recomend
I would consider the Fairmont Tremblat the best hotel to stay in at Tremblant in terms of location, quality, attention to detail and service. Recently we had a conference here for the week so my review is based on a Sunday to Friday visit.
Previously while in Tremblant have stayed at both the Westin Tremblant and also Ermitage du Lac.

tkx a lot it was a good hotel the only problem i faced was the parking it is little far and the parking infront of the hotel not free it will cost for half kout or a complete day with tax more than 27 $ plus the 3% they added to the goverment tax ,i think they have to do something towards this matter if a person like to park for hour or two they do not have to charge a comlete day ,but over all... plus
Ski in ski out was nice. Very family oriented. Kids everywhere.
Usually quick about bringing the car around except the last day. Waited about 30 min for concierge to send someone up but eventually decided I'll just bring the 5 bags down myself. Of course as I get to the elevator, the bell hop shows up with the cart.

Pool looked huge in photos but in reality is too small for the size of the hotel and number of people wanting to swim.
The hotel is first class - all that you need at your fingertips. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Room included all that is required, such as bathrobes, toiletries, great coffee, wine glasses etc.
What made our stay at this hotel memorable was the staff -they were amazing!

Noisy plumbing.
Outstanding service. Wonderful restaurant for dinner (Windigo).

Lunch availability/choice was fair.
It is a definitely an above average hotel with some style, however struggling to meet the standards for the high-end brand name. First, public areas in the hotel are generally overcrowded, i.e. pool is way smaller than it seems in the pictures btw. Also beware additional fees could add up, $16-tax incl'd for wifi (which is really slow!!!) and $25-tax incl'd for parking. I do not see much value... plus
Everything is extremely clean in the hotel. Carpets, flooring, bedding, bathroom accessories are really shining.
The hotel is very good placed for visitors who look for a luxury stay in pedestrian village.

Valet parking in this hotel is joke.

I liked the location mostly. The rooms are overlooking the village (we had a suite) and during the day it is nice to see all the action, but yet be a little bit far away from.
\n\n
The rooms are a bit dated, and the cleaning is not what you expect from Fairmont. You pay a lot, but you do not get the excellence that you expect. If this is close to best, I wonder how other hotels would be!
the staff was great
the grounds are lovely & very comfortable

Hotel has aged and the rooms seem like they need an update
I have stayed at the Fairmont in Whistler and now Mont Tremblant. We stayed on the President's Club Gold Floor. The complimentary breakfasts and Happy Hour were well worth while. It's ski-in-and-out and there are excellent indoor and outdoor heated pools and hot tubs. Yeah I am definitely a fan.
great hotel. the best location. easy to access. stuff are friendly and very kind. clean room with fresh new towels and sheets. complimentaly pool, hot tub and gym. Pets friendly. dogs are everywhere. if you have an allegy of dog, do not stay here. absolutly come back!!
The location and fact it is a ski in/ski out hotel are great as is the hot tub. But as far as the decor and service goes, I can say this hotel does not have the typical high standards of refined service that you normally get at a Fairmont. The ski valet was great and practical. If you don't care about the ski in ski out, then the Quintessence is a far nicer hotel at Tremblant
the hotel is right on the slopes, right by the beginners area and ski lifts. ski-in and out very easily. exit right into the village for dinner and stroll. would highly recommend.
Everything was great from arrival to departure. Staff is very kind and helpful. It was a bit too crowded especially by the pool with too many kids but I believe it is the time of the year.
It has the best location on the mountain. The staff is friendly but during busy Christmas week, somewhat overwhelmed. Food is ok. Nice pools and gym. All and all a nice experience but patience is required.
Not quite what I'd expect for a Fairmont, for for Tremblant, it was great :). We had a corporate event here, and the food was wonderful, the rooms were nice, no complaints overall.
Also, they have a dog that you can sign up to take for walks. Awesome.
Pools are amazing. Service is flawless. Excellent location.
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at the Fairmount Tremblant and this was certainly thanks to having used Skoosh who made our arrival and hotel booking possible at a substiantially discounted rate. With the prices of hotels rising, it is rare to find a trusthworsthy booking company who offers great prices, while simultaneously providing constant feedback and efficient service. I was... plus
At top of pedestrian village, slopeside. Standard rooms are nice, larger (334 sq. Ft. +) rooms are terrific. Room service is excellent as is the food. The breakfast we had this am was terrific. I find the restaurant prices high. Service in this hotel is outstanding as is the decor. Very comfortable lobby area with fireplace. Great concierge. All parking is valet. Very nice 4 season outdoor pool... plus
Great in-village location. 'Deluxe' room was the perfect size for our family of 5, 2 full size bed with pull out sofa, nice spacious bathroom, lovely view of the slopes, the kids loved watching the skiers first thing in the morning. Lovely cozy upmarket hotel, no complaints!
Food: Enjoyed a nice dinner with friends at the Windigo, the hotel restaurant...it was very nice! Brunch the following...

The location and facilities are stunning. The food sadly is lackluster, particularly for those of the vegetarian persuasion. I love the European ski village with shopping and other much better food options accessible in this walking village.
The hotel was nice, v freindly staff.Good locationtasty food, big roomsNegatives: mild smelly corridors between rooms.
Great hotel location - ski in/ski out. Staff all very friendly and helpful although not enough staff at the cafe area in the mornings. The heated pool and jacuzzis lovely after a day skiing but at least one of the jacuzzis was shut every day for various reasons which meant it was sometimes overcrowded. I also think that parking at the hotel should be much cheaper if not free, other than that the... plus
We stayed for 5 nights injune/ July. This is a lovely hotel, and, although built c1997 is well updated and extremely clean. We booked a room with a kitchen which was very well equipped with enough equipment to prepare good meals. The dishwasher made cleaning up easy. The views across the valley were superb, and the location is great. Is off the main square (away from the noise) but only one... plus
The hotel was fine albeit almost empty. The only negative was the mandatory $18.50 valet parking even though we had already parked outside we were told to hand over our car keys and pay $18.50 for a parking service which we did not need or receive!!!
“The outdoor pool is warm! The steam room and sauna work very well. It's worth staying in this hotel, just for the facilities. The hot tubs could have been slightly hotter. The beds are comfy and the room is nicely decorated. The bathroom floor could have been more clean. It's a great location. I had concerns over a spa service, music wasn't working properly, poor service, I saw pipes above my... plus
Mont Tremblant is a wonderful summer destination for families. We plan to return with grandchildren. Fairmont outdoor pool is warm. Hot tub for adults surrounded by gorgeous flowers. Fast elevators inside but outside steep stairs might be a problem for some visitors.
I would definately recomend this hotel. This is the nicest hotel in the area.
Perfect, great value, clean, quit, confortable, etc- We recommand
this was a good place to stay at. it was quit funer than i thought
“Grand, good services, friendly staff, feel like Im the VIP.”
It was an excellent value for the money. It was by far the nicest hotel in the village, in my opinion. The pools were amazing and despite the area being very busy, there were never more than a handful of people in the pools at any time. The food at the breakfast buffet was very good (although a bit pricey). We had an end room that seemed to be smaller than the others that we saw, but it had... plus
there just is no fine dining in tremblant, and the fairmont is losing an opportunity to fill that void. concierge staff was more than helpful, but rooms were not ready at check-in (or even 2 hours later).
great location next to slopes, rooms could use a little more charm, helpful staff, great breakfast
a true ski lodge with the perfect ski in/ski out location, the jewel in the crown of the lovely ski village of mont tremblant, has everything you need to emjoy the slopes.
a special treat. warm & inviting. like having your own ski lodge with service.
lovely suite facing the laurentian mountains...able and obliging staff although the rustic/wood/antlers theme was a bit on the hokey side.
