Nice hotel great location

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for our 1 year wedding anniversary. They upgraded our room to one with a spectacular view of the harbor. The staff brought us champagne and strawberries. location and service was excellent. Parking was a bit expensive at $42 per day and no free wi-fi. Other than that, we were extremely satisfied and will come back again.

Great stay at the Fairmont Pacific Rim

You need a tech instruction book for your room. Great way to use tech/gadgets to bring unique comfort to the experience. We enjoyed the hospitality of the staff. They were very helpful in making our quick first glimpse of Vancouver a perfect one. The hotel bar and lounge was top notch and had great live music that we enjoyed. We are ready to go back.

Hotel has a new and modern set-up built for the 2010 olympic games in Vancouver, so it means hotel is modern. Room is well equiped with Nespresso machine and capsules. Room is big and bathroom with good shower. Parking is very expansive compares to local availability and prices.

I cannot stop talking about Fairmont Pacific Rim. This is the first experience outside of the United States (and I have visited many countries during my career in the military) where I have said, I could live here and Fairmont Pacific Rim was a large part of that analogy.

As Good as it Gets

One night before boarding a cruise ship. The room was terrific with a magnificent view of the bay and our cruise ship. Breakfast was superb. This was all exceeded by the service. We will stay here every time we are in Vancouver.

Outstanding facilities and service

The decor and room furnishings were top-notch. Everyone with whom I interacted provide excellent service. Even a brief glance brought wait staff to my table at the restaurant. The concierge provided a complimentary BMW bicycle and perfect directions for a trip around Stanley Park, which I highly recommend.

unparalleled service

The hotel itself is located right across from the harbour and a beautiful boardwalk. But what really makes this hotel exceptional is the staff - everyone (really!) was so amazingly friendly and gracious. The restaurants are also quite good - particularly breakfast. It may be pricey to stay here but frankly, it's worth it!

I have not stayed in their hotel, but when my colleague stayed there and had his phone off because of charges. I had to reach him via front desk and each time I called I had to wait for over 20mins.

入住当天酒店前台电脑系统瘫痪，办理入住极为困难。酒店前台查不到客户订房资料，耽误了很久的时间，没有任- 何歉意。 房间里灯光控制及窗帘调控器不好用。

It is very difficult not to enjoy any of the feature offer at your hotel,staff at your place is amazing the Quality is priority.love it ,thank you for everything .

It was are 20th anniversary , so it was a surprise to my wife and when i booked I Ask for a bottle of champagne in room up on arrival , it only get in the room like 2hrs late....oh well.

The rooms were *****. The food was great! The staff was above and beyond!

No indoor pool, gym was too small for the amount of people in it.

Absolutely amazing service. I made several special requests and all were exceeded beyond my expectations.

The hour I spent getting the internet working was awful. The "modern" electronics in the room were awful....lighting, etc. We were visited by maintenance staff four times....each time, the staff member agreed there's a long way to go in order to make it right and that they've received same complaints from many guests...although, so many of the problems... more

スタッフが皆親切でした。 ベッドがとても寝心地がよくぐっすり眠れました。部屋もとても広く最上階の角部屋で街側でしたが向かいのビルのガラスに映ったハーバーや風景がとてもよかった。（最初の４泊の部屋）帰国前日にまた１泊した部屋は１１階でしたがハーバービューでとてもよかったです。 久しぶりに訪れたバンクーバーですがハーバーの周辺が整備されていて散策やカフェでお茶するにもとても便利になっていてホテルからもすぐなのでのんびりとリラックスするにはとてもよいですよ。

最初の４泊の部屋はしばらく使っていないのかほこりがめだっていてシャワールームには使ってはがした絆創膏- が２枚置いてあったしトイレも使っていた形跡がありました。黄色くちょっと泡がたっていた。？？？

Paying for Internet

Loved concierge floor. Michael was tops, as was the chef and all staff.
My sister got sick and they took amazing care of her. Breakfast and view
was awesome. It's not cheap but worth every penny. Love the Le Labo
toiletries, classy all the way. They even drive you in the bmw and took
our bags to the cruise ship.

Very close to the Cruise lines which is what I was looking for.

Quite simply the best hotel I've ever stayed at thus far. Rooms are extremely well appointed. If you happen to be a Fairmont Platinum member, staying here is the biggest no brainer in the world. The service and attention to detail is truly second to none.

appreciate walking into the room the first night with the room prepped,
ice in the bucket and the lights set for relaxing.

The lounge on a Friday and Saturday was a total meat market for single
woman and rich guys. We would have liked to hang out in the hotel, but

amount of $ paid for that kind a room u could stay for three days at holiday inn which has better rooms and service with complimentary breakfast & free parking,this was a rip off ,not even close to a 3 *** hotel. very very disappointed.

Great business location

Great location near the center of the Central Business District. Great weather makes for good walking. Fairmont maintains high standards. Nice Architectural detailing.

The location was great. The staff tried their best under difficult conditions.

The hotel check-in system is a disaster - had to wait 2 hours almost to get my room.

The waiters at times intrude privacy while trying so hard to engage in chatter. But they are remarkable in service and attention.

One of the best experiences I've had at a hotel. Quality of materials used in construction leaves one awestruck. The views are beautiful, noise is lower than expected from the balconies, service is excellent, and their Internet is better than most other hotels in the area. Well worth the money.

Exceptional! exceeded expectations!
Chocolate covered strawberries and bottle of ice cold brut was a nice touch. Room espresso machine and Ipad added bonus.

Everything was quality and the service was prompt and friendly.
This is really a beautiful place and I look forward to staying in one of the poolside rooms one day.

Will return for next special occasion.

We enjoyed our room a lot! It was so nice! We also found the staff very hopeful!

We would have liked a little more privacy, but I think that was caused by our mistake not the staff or hotel. We had a great time and will recommend it to our friends!

Awesome Hotel!

Great Location along the waterfront within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Staff are super attentive and friendly. Rooms have TVs built into the bathroom mirror and remote curtains and sheers. The lounge and winebar are excellent! Would definately go back next time i'm in Vancouver.

pampered on the water front

We were there for only one night, so we wanted to make the best of it. Fairmont Pacific Rim did just that. The room was out of a design magazine. We could not have asked for better service right from when we entered the door till the moment we got back into our car. Location was terrific. We did not even need our car to enjoy a lot of sights.

Modern and luxurious hotel

Wonderful hotel with all them amenities you could want. Spacious bathroom with nice tub to soak in. Heated pool on the 6 th floor is a nice addition as well. The hotel is also very conveniently located with Canada place just across the street. There you can get on one of the many shuttles to various tourist sites. Highly recommended.

This is a brand new hotel with great service! We are very glad that we chose this hotel. It's also worth it to sign up for Fairmount President's Club as you can enjoy free in-room wireless internet service and free local calls. Highly recommend this hotel!

Enjoyable Stay

The conference is adjacent to the Convention Center. The staff were extremely friendly and well-trained. The room had a fantastic view. It was extremely clean. The TV in the bathroom mirror is a smart ides, especially for those who are news junkies!

Truly a beautiful hotel

The harbor view of Vancouver is gorgeous, and the hotel room I had there captured it daily. The room was totally contempory, modern, and luxurious. Lights and drapes were power pad controlled. The bedding...perfect. The staff were beyond courteous. The bar...relaxing. What a nice home away from home when at a conference, or as a couple.

This was the most beautiful accomodting hotel I have ever been to! The concierge David, and the Bell Staff Chris, were not to be believed they will bend over backwards and over the top to accomodate you in anyway they can. I cannot wait to go back to this location hotel and magnificent city!!!

This was a great location for the waterfront. Seemed very safe and was clean. The staff was very pleasant. The business center was available 24 hours but the cost to use it was outrageous. Oh how wonderful it was

The hotel is absolutely beautiful.. The views are spectacular and the staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are big, clean and have great views. It seems every room has a great view. The pool is outdoor so if it is raining or snowing you need to decide to go or not. In my case I had a 6 months old baby so we could not use the pool since it was raining.
