Overlooking the downtown waterfront, this 47-story tower represents the chain's first foray into the condominium-hotel format. The multimillion-dollar units embody extravagance, with their lavish views, swank design, tall windows, and plush amenities that include a signature Willow Stream spa, use of a private yacht, and chauffeur services. There are three on-site eateries, including Oru, which... more
Fairmont's newest Vancouver property is a real show-stopper. Located across from the new addition to the Canada Place Convention Centre, the Pacific Rim is far more luxurious than the nearby Fairmont Waterfront and is as up-to-date, with all the amenities you could possibly want. The rooms -- many of which have water views -- are beautifully designed, especially the 18 suites with freestanding... more
Opened on the eve of the 2010 Winter Olympics, the Pacific Rim conveys urban high-style comfort in a high-energy atmosphere, minus the corporate feel of most hotels popular with both business and leisure travelers. This is the most modern and cosmopolitan property of the three Fairmonts in Vancouver, with unobstructed views of the North Shore Mountains, Coal Harbour, and Stanley Park from the... more
What a stunning hotel! Location and view from the rooms were incredible!
all good, only thing didn't need was the front desk lady at check out telling us about how bad mosquitoes are in Winnipeg, our home. She wouldn't drop it, enough already
Excellent. Reminded me of top Asian Hotels. Good service. Excellent restaurant. Did not like the excessive noise in the evenings at the lobby area. Otherwise very good.
I love this hotel. I felt so much at home that I didn't want to leave. Exceptional location.
What a fantastic facility. We had a wonderful room and the pool was great. The bar and music every day was a great thing to come back to after seeing the city. Get the Bento box for lunch!
The Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel in Vancouver has impressive amenities, but unfortunately the standard room we had on our visit does not warrant a five star hotel designation. The layout was inefficient and small. A corridor to no where greeted us on the entrance to the room. A sharp turn to the right with another wasted walkway space gave us a view of a small cramped space, The ceiling was so... more
Trotz enormer Größe, sehr persönlich. Zuvorkommend. Tolles Frühstück. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Fahrradverleih inclusive, tolle Aussicht.
Comfortable, pampered, little extras, excellent restaurants. Loved it.
Je recommande cette hôtel, elle est très bien placée, elle est moderne, le lobby est gigantesque et beau, muscisiens live à tout les soirs. Les chambres sont inclroyables. À voir !!
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for our 1 year wedding anniversary. They upgraded our room to one with a spectacular view of the harbor. The staff brought us champagne and strawberries. location and service was excellent. Parking was a bit expensive at $42 per day and no free wi-fi. Other than that, we were extremely satisfied and will come back again.
Quick weekend visit to Vancouver with my wife and two sons (14 and 9). There was a promotion on via Expedia and we got $100 off per night on a Stanley Park view suite. In short, this hotel is absolutely superb. The staff somehow knew our name at every step - the housekeeping staff, the valet, even after we drove up after being out all day. The room was spacious and completely modern - there's... more
From arrival until departure the service was first class. The hotel has a perfect location on the harbour front and the views of the bay are stunning. Our room was comfortable, spacious and hi-tech. Concierge service a big help for visitor information.
You need a tech instruction book for your room. Great way to use tech/gadgets to bring unique comfort to the experience. We enjoyed the hospitality of the staff. They were very helpful in making our quick first glimpse of Vancouver a perfect one. The hotel bar and lounge was top notch and had great live music that we enjoyed. We are ready to go back.
I like luxury hotels that have all the latest gizmos and gadgets to make you go "wow!". This hotel had a television in the mirror, which was a very good "wow" moment. Although when you're showering you can't really hear what's on the tv. But if you're having a bath you could definitely relax and watch something. The lights and temperature were controlled via an iPad which had problems... more
Beautiful modern décor, great staff. Excellent location. On par with the Four Seasons
L'un des meilleurs hotels que j'ai visite. Un service extraordimaire avec des BMW 750Li pour vous déposer gratuitement dans le centre ville a un restaurant ou une boutique. Pret de Velo gratuite, Concierge exceptionnel. Chmabre genial, Spa magnifique.
Very good facilities, location, service, hotel staff. Complimentary water.
Nice harbour view & comfortable bed. Walk with ur pet to the park and the beach, u will feel great !
Everything was great but maybe closer to the details. I told that i am celebrating my proposal however the complimentary dessert says happy anniversary. In addition, the fact we have to pay for wifi is not very considerate.
The technophile in me loves the free iPad and mirror TV and modern feel, my wife loves the view and location. Great experience. Very pricey, but the best option in Vancouver for a special occasion.
Couldn't have been any better. An extraordinary hotel and great entertainment every night in the lounge!
Fantastic! We really enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend the hotel.
We have stayed here a couple of times now and we have always been completely satisfied with the service and rooms. Well worth the expense.
Very refreshing and NEW Great atmosphere Very Comfortable
Perfection. What an amazing hotel experience.
The Hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic, close to downtown but on the amazing Sea Wall for great walks. Room was very comfortable. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The cool coffee shop within the hotel, served really really great coffee. I also love the live music at night in the lobby bar. Would love to go back.
Me and my wife came to Vancouver city to celibrate our anniversary. This hotel went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The many little things they did to make our time there special was just to long to list. Would definitly reccomend this place!!
This hotel is truly a 5 star hotel. The staff is extremely professional and the hotel itself is stunning. The spa is one of the best I've seen at any Fairmont. I highly recommend this hotel! The only suggestion I have is for the late night menu to be improved. We ordered mac and cheese for room service and it was cooked very poorly. Otherwise, all was excellent. They were very accommodating for... more
Excellent. Great and friendly service. Worth the premium.
We ask for a dinner reservation at Miku (the BEST sushi restaurant EVER) at 7:30 on Monday December, 29, 2014. Showed up at the restaurant and they had no record of our reservation. The location overlooked the water and was convenient to all of downtown Vancouver. The room and staff were impeccable.
I had previously stayed at this hotel but was so impressed when there was a knock at the door and I was handed a handwritten note thanking me for returning etc and was presented with some sweets... So Simple but Priceless.. We also had some snacks and drinks and told our server we really enjoyed the ribs and he offered to ask the Chef for the recipe - We were totally taken back when the email... more
Amazing hotel. Great lobby bar that was rocking with live music and standing room only. You get what you pay for.
Great service, extremely comfortable, reasonably affordable. Only quibble was the "perfume" in the main lobby.
I love this hotel! Everything is elegant, modern and chic. Its pricey but worth it. Stayed here as a romantic getaway and loved it so much we came back again.
An enjoyable experience. I was treated as royalty.
Just great staff who genuinely make you feel very important.
My husband and I had a "staycation" this weekend at the Fairmont Pacific Rim. We were delighted on this first stay at the hotel and will definitely return! We stayed on the "Fairmont Gold" floor, which may have made a difference...The hotel staff delivered a beautiful bottle of bubbly and chocolate-dipped strawberries to our room while we were at dinner. They also were happy to deliver the... more
Great stay. Staff and views make this hotel. Very special and unique in all areas.
Had a great experience on my first visit to Canada. The hotel waa vwey convenient to the downtown area and pier. The rooms were top notch and we had a suite with a beautiful view. The staff was very accomodating as well.
Unbelievable service and attention to detail. A breathtaking hotel!
State of the art hotel yet wonderfully warm and personal service...The best of the best !
Sometimes with a five star hotel, there can be a lot of hype to it. But I was well taken care of, the hotel was more locationally convenient than I had expected, and the food was great. If you're going to splurge, I definitely recommend the Gold floors to book. The lounge there is a great amenity and I was able to relax there, whereas the ground floor level is much more open to the public and... more
I used airline miles to book rooms here (with breakfast included) for one night prior to our cruise. Business recently took me to Vancouver and I had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Fairmont Pacific Rim. Breath-taking views, a wonder, clean room and outstanding service - it was a wonderful experience from start to finish!
We stayed at Fairmont pacific rim in April 2014 for 3 days, extended one day in pool view suite with our 10,4 and 6yr old kids. Our stay was splendid right from check in to check out. The location is excellent, the staff is friendly, the views are magnificent. The lounge downstairs has awesome drinks and live music. The Italian cafe is great. This is an amazing hotel. If you can, book a corner suite with a Harbour view. They are worth it!
Highly recommend! Great location, beautiful hotel, very considerate staff.
The gold lounge is totally worth it. I don't know how you could pick a better hotel in Vancouver. We also enjoyed the restaurant ORU. Be sure to get the sablefish.
We stay here for every special occasion, the most recent one being our reception night. The staff have always been so amazing, they always resolve any problems and they are prompt. Stopped for 5 nights and thought the hotel and service were excellent. The staff didn't seem to be able to do enough to make our stay pleasant. We stayed at the Fairmont Pacific Rim for 5 nights during a conference. As President's Club Members, we stayed on the Gold Floor 20). The hotel is located in a very good location near the water, however it is not the only hotel in the area. Unlike many Fairmont hotels in Canada. We travel a lot and this hotel has great rooms and is obviously the "buzzy" place to be. Lots of action in the lobby bar every night. The corner room overlooking the harbor is the best. We would return in a heartbeat!
We stayed here for one night on our way home from whistler. It was beautiful and luxurious. The views from the windows were fabulous. The mountains! This was our first stay at a fair not. I am sold. I will stay at another!
I stayed 6 nights at this hotel recently, and I am still amazed by its standards! Service was, without exception, friendly and superb. I cannot stop talking about Fairmont Pacific Rim. This is the first experience outside of the United States (and I have visited many countries during my career in the military) where I have said, I could live here and Fairmont Pacific Rim was a large part of that analogy.
One night before boarding a cruise ship. The room was terrific with a magnificent view of the bay and our cruise ship. Breakfast was superb. This was all exceeded by the service. We will stay here every time we are in Vancouver.
I've stayed in the Fairmount Vancouver Pacific Rim and it was a very good experience. The hotel is well located in front of the bay (and near the convention center).

We stayed here prior to our Alaska cruise. The staff were very responsive and helpful. Great hotel, courteous staff and a good selection of food including the best sushi I have ever had, Giovanni's is an excellent breakfast spot great breakfast panini. Excellent location easy walk to sea wall Stanley Park. Rooms are modern clean and state of the art controls.
Wicked hotel! Staff great! Service great! Rooms are very modern! The room we stayed in had TV's built in the mirrors! Amazing advanced technology! Will go again for sure! Downside to Fairmont Chains that they can be very expensive and for some people very hard to afford! Thanks!
This hotel far outshines anything else Vancouver has to offer. It's setting, the views, the exceptional quality of the rooms, the outstanding service provided by its supportive staff and the marvelous food and beverage makes this the go to place when visiting Vancouver.
Reserved a room there for the Lady Gaga concert May 30. The room cost was $600/night. Lady Gaga cancelled on Wednesday 2 days before. From the terrific atmosphere of the lobby, which is a "happening place", to the extraordinarily friendly staff and the great views and spacious and very comfortable rooms, this hotel has no business hotel peer in Vancouver, or maybe in all of North America.

I was recently in Vancouver for a concert and I decided to treat myself to Fairmont Gold. This hotel leaves nothing out. I was short on time so I checked in before I even left home. I have not stayed in their hotel, but when my colleague stayed there and had his phone off because of charges. I had to reach him via front desk and each time I called I had to wait for over 20mins.
I have never felt so welcome, so comfortable, and so relaxed in a hotel! They provided bikes (free!) to ride around Stanley Park. The food at the buffet was awesome (they had flax seeds to sprinkle on my oat meal).

Perfect location and very nice hotel. I definitely recomend it
The room was modern & the bed very comfortable. Food was excellent. It is exactly what a discerning traveller will look for,
The waiters at times intrude privacy while trying so hard to engage in chatter. But they are remarkable in service and attention.
One of the best experiences I've had at a hotel. Quality of materials used in construction leaves one awestruck. The views are beautiful, noise is lower than expected from the balconies, service is excellent, and their Internet is better than most other hotels in the area. Well worth the money.
Exceptional! exceeded expectations!
Chocolate covered strawberries and bottle of ice cold brut was a nice touch. Room espresso machine and Ipad added bonus.
Everything was quality and the service was prompt and friendly.
This is really a beautiful place and I look forward to staying in one of the poolside rooms one day.

Amazing hotel - absolutely beautiful! Wish I could have stayed longer - staff were very friendly!\n\nAmazing location, easy to get to everything, gorgeous rooms, friendly staff.
Great Location along the waterfront within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Staff are super attentive and friendly. Rooms have TVs built into the bathroom mirror and remote curtains and sheers. The lounge and winebar are excellent! Would definately go back next time i'm in Vancouver.
We were there for only one night, so we wanted to make the best of it. Fairmont Pacific Rim did just that. The room was out of a design magazine. We could not have asked for better service right from when we entered the door till the moment we got back into our car. Location was terrific. We did not even need our car to enjoy a lot of sights.
