Mississauga, ON

The address for more than 100 of Canada's Fortune 500 companies, Mississauga is also home to Delta Meadowvale Resort and Conference Centre. Located 15 minutes west of Pearson International Airport.
Delta Meadowvale offers 374 guestrooms & suites, 40,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and it is the leading urban resort in the City of Mississauga.
Had fun water slide for the kids as well as a indoor and outdoor pool.
My wife and I stayed over the 2011 Holidays. The hotel is well located close to Highway 401, so is easy to get to and from. Public common areas (restaurant etc) have been renovated recently but rooms still need to be done. Rooms are clean but "tired" and well-worn. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We have stayed at this Delta numerous times and will continue to do so.
Nice hotel but when I went to check in, I had to update my room to get cheaper parking, internet and phone service (which is usually included in hotels). It was really expensive individually, so I took the "deal" I was offered. I was surprised that this didn't come with my room like previous hotels I've booked from here.
the staff is terrific. The rooms are great. However, since my last stay, the main restaurant was closed and the bar was transformed into a restaurant/bar. menu is limited...They need to bring back the restaurant. If , not I will look for an alternative for my semi-annual trip to Mississauga
I stayed at this hotel for a conference and it was very nice. I liked that there is free wifi in the main area.
We picked this hotel because it was pet friendly and near where we needed to be. They're a bit above "pet friendly"; if you need to leave a dog unattended in your room, they just ask you to notify the front desk and leave a number where you can be contacted if there's a problem! There's plenty of green space for dog walks, including Mullet Creek park, just west of the hotel.
The property is not in great shape. It is quite old and the section I stayed in showed its age. Carpets were stained and nearly every surface could use paint or refinishing. The Internet was expensive and slow but I had no choice since my smartphone would have been even more costly because my plan doesn't cover Canada. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and the food was pretty good.... more
While there are several newcomer hotels in the area, and this is starting to show it's age, this has all the amenities. And is large enough. I asked for a King, but the desk man said that it was close to the elevator and suggested if I was light sleeper, a room with two queens away from the elevator bank may more to my liking. It was nice of him to suggest! This worked out just fine other than... more
Stayed here for a week on business and accommodation was fine. Room was spacious and clean, and breakfast in the restaurant was ok (hot & cold selection), although a couple of times I had to wait for items to be refilled. Can't comment on the pool or other facilities because I didn't get time to use them. The staff were... more
Delta Meadowvale Resort By major airport, just out side busy Toronto. Beatiful hotel with indoor outdoor pools Whirl pool and indoor waterslide to keep the kids busy. Beds that will make you think you are sleeping on clouds. Resaurant that will beat the hunger with it's cuisine. 5 star in my books!!!
Hotel was Ok , but must pay for outdoor parking , internet access , no complimentary breakfast
The hotel is clean, the romms are quiet and the bed is amazing. The night wasn't too hot so we left open the balcony door and turned off the A./C. We hit those fantastic pillows and didn't stir until the morning. The breakfst buffet was fantastic with the fresh cooked eggs and the orange juice is really somthing to remember. I will be staying at a Delta in the future.
On checking in, we were very surprised to find out that even if you are a registered guest in the hotel they charge $14.00 daily for parking. Even though nothing in mentioned in the [...] advertisements. After complaining when checking in the desk clerk reduce the charge by 50%.Otherwise, This hotel is very nice and the staff were very polite and knowlegeable of the area and was happy to... more
I stayed at this hotel this past April for a conference. The conference facilties as far as food, break-out rooms, banquet room were more than adequate. The room that I stayed in was shabby however. The bathroom fan was very loud - my companion thought it was a plane landing at the nearby airport! Charged to my room was a... more
layout is a bit convoluted between the lobby and the 2 towers / the interior decor and general dark brown colour scheme a bit drab / had a very nice meal in the bar/restaurant. Staff at front desk very helpful. Very accessible for business in the upper Mississauga region. Tip - take out delta privilege free membership and you get... more
This review will be short and sweet. The service staff is very accommodating and friendly, the bed is amazingly comfortable, the room service food was just average (maybe a bit expensive too), heard a few noises from the hallways but not as bad as some other properties ive stayed at, and the room's definitely need a bit of refresh. Furniture... more
bathroom wasn't fantastic (they are almost all the same in NA hotels) but bed huge and extremely comfortable, I slept so well!! free wi-fi, large room... good service
Not sure if my problems were due to a late check in but if it was not for the location I would not want to stay here again. I booked one king and got 2 beds instead with the sorry sir we have a conference. The first morning I had to leave the grimy bathroom with black areas on the... more
I stayed at the Delta Meadowvale during a business trip as it was located very near the office I was visiting. The hotel was pleasant enough; the staff were very eager to help and pleasant. Their quality of service was not up to my expectations however. When I arrived at the hotel, my room key did not work. After replacing... more
We booked this hotel specifically for the pool with the slide, and weren't disappointed. We have a 7 yr old who loved the pool slide; though it was just a slide (a big one at that), it was certainly chaper than going to a water park, and my wife and I were "fed up" with it after half a dozen rides anyway. The location is about 8 miles outside of downtown Toronto, and was very easy to access the... more
Booked a "Premium" King room (not the top of the line, but nicer than the usual) on a Delta Hotels pre-Christmas deal, which made it a very affordable $99 for the night. The hotel is in a great location between the 401 and the 407, with easy access to the 403/QEW down the road. We checked in late, and had... more
My stay at Delta was very pleasant and peaceful. Having travelled from India to Missisauga, I was famished at the end of 20 hours. But the front office manager was very cooperative and ensured that I was provided a vegetarian meal as requested by me. Thanks to the friendly staff. Overall I had a nice stay. But its location is... more
As you get into the hotel, you think: "WOW, looks nice!". The decor is modern, clean, and the check-in is fast. Past the elevators and into the room, however, the picture changes. Our first room had fried urine on the toilet seat. The drain in the sink had terrible calcium build up, the bathroom door full of dirty fingerprints and... more
It was an excellent hotel to stay in.
So what a nightmare this turned out to be. My husband & I used our major cc to book this hotel. When we checked in we told them we would be paying cash when we checked out. Apparently, there was a hold put on our cc by the reservations agent when we checked in and he did not take it... more
We stayed there Friday August 21 over one night. The location is great for travel to the airport or the 401 east or west. The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful and seemed genuinely concerned with meeting our needs. Check in and check out was swift and easy. The room was spacious and well equipped, comfortable and perfectly cleaned.... more
The service at this hotel is outstanding. It has a wonderful restaurant and the food is great.
The hotel was great - beautiful and comfortable. What really impressed me was the extra mile they went. I got sick on Saturday night and called down to the operator to see if there was a walk-in clinic around. They patched me through to a house-call doctor service. Later they rounded up a late-night pharmacy for me. Thirty minutes after that they called the room to see if there was anything at... more
This hotel was the prime spot in Mississauga for many many years and it remains an interesting place to spent your travel dollars. While many other hotels have popped up in the last few years none have even close to the Delta Meadowvale (no I do not work for them) Located near the 401 and 407 and Toronto International Airport... more
Stayed in this hotel with a group of dancers aged 9 - 21 and their chaperones. The hotel was clean and the service staff were very good. However, there was a group of hockey players in the hotel who were extremely rude, and disrespectful. I know this is an issue of the parents more than the hotel, but it made... more
Booked this hotel for a hockey tournament with "special rates" Even the special rate was overpriced. The room was run down, the "great" water slide was open only 8 hours for the whole week we were there, the hostess in the restaurant was NOT friendly at all, the food at the overpriced Sunday Buffet was average, kids running around everywhere,... more
Had to fly to Toronto at very short notice from England for my Grandfather's funeral. Booked hotel very quickly - and was very pleased with the result. It a very big - but staff very friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was first-class buffet and the waiting staff could not have been more helpful.... more
The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very accommodating. The facilities are excellent for a combination of family and business conferencing. Best of all the food was very flavorful and always served at the proper temperature. The only negative point I have would be the absence of an airport shuttle.
The shower head was installed for people no taller than 5 feet. It was very low on the wall.
Very nice facility. Rooms were very clean. Bed was overly comfy with soft pillow top mattress. We would definately stay there again.
We stayed at this hotel for a basketball tournament overall I would list this hotel as very good. It was kept very clean the location for us was not very close to some of our venues. Plus there was not a lot of selection for restaurants or fast foods. The rooms were clean and was nicely equipped. There was a... more
Good location but not cheap.Staff ok but rooms a real disapointment, worn out big time.
I went to the hotel for a conference. I have always wondered what the hotel rooms looked liked. The hotel staff are excellent , especially the front desk and concierge. The ground floor and lower floor are topnotch but the room wasnt as good as I thought it would be. Everything was very clean and neat but the room looks... more
I have attended conferences here before and all have been carried out with no glitches. Clean rooms. Polite, solicitous staff. It is what I would expect and they delivered.
Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Nice , large lobby and good pool although pool washrooms were filthy. Our hotel oom was dirty when we checked in. We complained to the cleaning staff who cleaned the room and said the supervisor would contact us about our complaint. Never heard from anyone. When we got home we filed a complaint and were... more
Recently stayed for a convention. The hotel has an excellent location The restaurant was over priced. $15 for a sandwich should be made by Emeril...The rooms are dated, lime green striped bedspreads and curtains leave something to be desired. The beds are just as old and uncomfortable.
They stated if you were a guest that parking was included but I was charged for parking within my final bill. Also would have been nice to have been notified but hotels.com that the hotel was under a total renovation before arriving.
Was not impressed by the facility. Parking was expensive and valets scarce. Room was OK but not as clean as it could be. Food in restaurant was awful. Obviously catered to conference clientele.
The hotel staff was very helpful. I was waiting for a box to come in from UPS to take the contents to a meeting. The staff had it brought up to me as soon as it. They let me unpack in the lobby and leave my box until I came back. When I returned I repacked the box and they took it away for FedEx to send to me.
I stayed at Delta Meadowvale on a conference in March and everything was perfect. The food was excellent, the meeting space was fresh and clean, my bedroom was comfortable and the service was great! I'm booking my meeting for next year already to ensure I get my space!
I booked my June 16th wedding with the Delta Meadowvale, and while my wedding day was most-definitely a dream come true, I did have a couple of issues with the hotel itself. Pros: * My husband had our complimentary honeymoon suite for the night before the wedding, so that him and his parents and groomsmen could use the full suite... more
I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past couple of years. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are large. I found the breakfast buffet to be above average and a good value for your money. Although the location is outside of Toronto, it is conveinent for some of the local businesses. Just be aware that the... more
Stayed here for 4 nights from June 27th. Location was fine for me since it was walking distance to my office, however unless you are there for work reasons, I would choose a more central location. It is about 8 miles or so from the shopping mall, and about 30-60 min drive into downtown toronto (depending on traffic, which can... more
I stayed at this Delta in June as I had a conference there. I live in Toronto but figured it would be easier to grab a room in order to attend my early morning meetings. I must say, the food was great! I ate both breakfast and lunch in the restaurant and thought the food was excellent relative to other... more
Maybe I am being overly critical, but it just seems as though this hotel could be so much better, especially for the price. It's clean, the rooms are a good size, and I've never had many major problems... however it's so bland and both times I've stayed here (for a combined 8 nights), my only complaints were regarding the cleanliness... more
We stayed at the Delta for one night and were horrified when we pulled down the covers to go to bed and found bedbugs in the bed!!! We were able to change rooms but did not have a very good sleep. The next morning, we tried to complain at the front desk when we were checking out, but the woman... more
Attended a conference in January at the DMRCC. Everything was great. Staff were superb and the food was excellent. After reading some other comments on the site about meeting rooms, I had my concerns, but everything went off without a hitch. Thanks to the great team at that hotel for making everything a success. (insider note, Sales Team was amazing.... more
My Boyfriend and I spent Labour Day Weekend at the DMRCC. The property itself is quite nice, due to to the time of year the flowers were still in bloom and the grounds looked quite lush. We had a room with King sized bed. The bed was very comfortable and the duvet cover was a nice touch. The room was... more
Booked this on Hotwire as thought it would be near airport. It's not that near (maybe 25 mins in taxi) and also another 25 taxi to downtown Toronto. We only stayed here for the night so didn't see much of the facilities although pool looked good. Room was large and mostly clean although the sheets were a little dirty. Hotel... more
My husband and I booked our wedding with this hotel since it was a beautiful, mid-size hotel that was close to the airport and highways. We were having 110 guests travelling from all over Canada and the U.S. and we were looking forward to having a beautiful intimate wedding both ceremony and reception at one location with room rates that... more
We spent 4 nights here while house hunting and enjoyed many aspects of this fairly typical hotel. The lobby was lovely - a great way to accommodate the many conventioneers in the building. The pool and fitness club were above average, the breakfast a somewhat average buffet but certainly adequate. The rooms were confortable and quiet (we had 2 rooms)... more
I stayed at the Delta Hotel. It's enterance sets it apart from the other surronding hotels. I come to the hotel almost every month due to business purposes. Everytime I have stayed it has been very pleasant. The service is great and the rooms are like any normal hotel. They are clean and comfortable as well. If you are looking... more
