Due to the layout of the store, I found it really difficult to browse. There were 3 different rooms + 1 hallway, and tiles were displayed on various types of fixtures (on the wall, in bins, in slots, in spinning cabinets, etc.).

Don't bother wasting your time or money. After spending thousands of dollars tiling our whole house we were charged a ridiculous $100 restocking fee for returning extra tile that was brand new in the box. We were also OVERCHARGED $400 incorrectly for a tile we didn't even get. Also sold a c@!%!y glue that had our tile falling from the ceiling. Manager could care less. Terrible customer care.... more

Exceptional customer service

I would like to comment on the exceptional customer service that I received from Dan and Amy while replacing my countertop and adding a back splash to my kitchen.There was a problem ,no fault of theirs, and this was taken care of very efficiently by them.I will certainly recommend them and the store to all my family and friends.

Interior decorator

I am Interior designer. I buy a lot tiles from Factory tile depot. I think their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They exceed my expectation every time I am there. If anybody is looking to do renovation in their Kitchen or bathroom, please at least visit tile depot once. You will be glad you did.

Factory Tile Depot is my first and only choice for tiles. Their selection, service and knowledge are superior! Their sales staff determine your needs, taste and style, and then recommend exactly what you never knew you were looking for!
