Great Night

Stayed at the hotel again last night we have been there multiple times. The staff are always friendly, the room is comfortable and clean and the hotel has some great amenities; pool, health center and steam room.

We stayed here for a business function nearby. The hotel has a decent location for the area. It is clean. The rooms are very average in terms of decor and comfort. There is nothing negative about the hotel but also nothing I can rave about.

Clean rooms and fabulous staff

I was very pleased with this hotel. The rooms were clean, the pool area was lovely, and the staff was amazing. I haven't stayed at a hotel with this kind of value in a long time. I will definitely stay here next time I travel to the area!

I have stayed here several times over the past few years, really like how professional and helpful the staff is, the rooms are nice and comfortable. Also it's close to Sky train Station and shopping malls!

Central location, friendly staff

Stayed there for 2 nights for conference. Lovely rooms, friendly front desk staff, clean space. Other staff could be a bit more friendlier. Quite often they would walk by guests not even noticing (?or ignoring) their presence.
Parking could get busy, also parking stalls are quite small.

We came to visit some family friends and stayed at this hotel.We were welcomed very warmly by the font desk staff,they gave us directions and also told us the point of interest in the town.

Good atmosphere, polite staff, easy to get to from Lougheed Highway. Excellent underground parking facility. Lots of good eating places nearby if the Copper Room doesn't appeal. Only a couple of quibbles - very small bathtub and although the towels are very absorbent, soft and fluffy they are not.. We would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

We stayed here for several days with our minor hockey team and it was a decent value. The location is on North Street with easy access to GVGA. We faced the construction of the Skytrain extension but the noise was no issue what so ever.

Great brunch selection. Included breakfast fare such as bacon, sausages, pancakes etc but also had an omelette station with shrimp, ham, cheese, peppers, green onion. Roast Beef, salmon, dessert, fresh fruit was great. Fresh juices included in price. Sunday you can park for free in the parkade. One of the best buffets in town. Great service.

Booked this hotel as we could get a 1BR suite for parents and two little kids. Reservation system is borked and wouldn't allow us to book that room unless we said 3 adults (???). Eh. I've stayed here several times now, and it's fine. Rooms are clean and relatively comfortable, front desk service ranges from friendly to surly, wired internet service is irritating in this day and age. Overall a decent hotel.

This hotel may not be a 5-star category hotel but everything here is very high quality. I stayed here for 6 days and everything from service, ambience, hotel lounge, rooms are all top-notch. I was genuinely surprised with the hotel and highly recommend this hotel.
