Absolutely terrible on a busy holiday weekend. I was here for the Labor Day weekend and waited in line for 45 minutes before I got to the counter. After I paid I waited another 20 minutes to have the car brought down for me. With only 2 folks at the counter everything moved at a glacial pace. Please hire more people!

Not impressed! Busy labour day weekend and only two staff working at the counter. It took 30 minutes for me to get to the counter and once I had paid it was another 20 minutes for the car to be brought down to me. WTF?? My wife and I have always had great experiences with Enterprise elsewhere and the Bute Street location in Vancouver was in the best location for us coming from YVR so we booked over a month in advance of our vacation to Whistler. Against my better judgement, I made a reservation here 2 weeks ago and again this week.

24 hours before my reservation I receive a confusing phone call telling me I would need to return the car to Granville Street and pick up could take upto 30 min to get the car, because they're busy in the mornings.

Excuses excuses.

Rent a Car place near Convention Center area.

Hidden charges, the insurance or safety travel thing cost more than our rental per day!

Not much explained or helped when returning the car.

When returning the car, there is not direction or space to park it so we just parked it in the driveway behind the building even though it said no parking. The staff will run up the check everything.

great service and nice cars. our hotel reserved a car for us the day before and all i did was walk in sign some papers and i had the keys. the car was an chrysler 200, it drove nicely on the road to Whistler. when we were done driving around, i just drove the car to the parking structure to drop it off. it was easier then when we were in hawaii.

Great location & prompt service!

We were on our way driving back from Whistler and got caught up in traffic. We didn't make the 6pm cut off time to return the car back to the Enterprise office. No worry! They gave us a map of where we could drop off the car up until 10pm and leave the keys in a lock box. No extra charge. That in itself relieved a lot of the stress of having to fight traffic... more

Customer service rules:

1- when someone comes in wanting to use the washroom, please don't assume it's because you must have the bestest and fanciest bathrooms on the block and are totally taking advantage of them...as opposed to being a customer who simply needs to pee first before they can focus on what kind of insurance is or is not covered by their credit card and all the little squiggly... more
