I booked a manicure at Edges last weekend. Although I'm typically faithful to Sunshine Nails, they aren't as thorough as I would like and with this dry climate, my cuticles need some extra TLC. I've been to Edges years ago, so I gave it a shot. I do like the decor, however it feels slightly dated.

Although I love the services that Jenny provides, and she is always most pleasant, I find your prices far too expensive. For that reason, I wouldn't recommend Edges to anyone. I think if you lowered rates, you'd find more clients.

I believe that my experience at Edges was the single worst experience I've had at a salon or spa, ever.
