Nice Stay

The convenience was super. I did not like the breakfast...eggs good...sausages bad. Very busy area. Had a room in the front, so I was getting a lot of drive-by traffic.

I booked the Executive Room and got a shock when I booked in.Room no different from others that we had stayed in. The chair was dirty and needed a good vacuum. The floors needed cleaning as well. It's average

There's really nothing special happening here. The prices are cheaper than elsewhere and it comes with a hot breakfast (read: eggs and toast). The rooms are severely out of date but if you need a place to rest your head, this will do the trick.

Rough ariund the edges

We stayed at the Inn recently. It was definitely a little rough around the edges. Some of the exit doors were hard to open and the carpets and the top of the cabinets definitely needed some attention. I not certain I would stay there again. That said, the staff were very pleasant and helped me on a number of occasions.

Avoid at all costs

If your idea of a Saturday night is listening to bikers in the next room have a knife fight, then this is the place for you. The rug is squishy with smeg, the air conditioner is blowing Legionaire's disease as I speak, and I felt safer in Detroit. Welcome to the Traveler's Inn.

Stay away from the shower, it's evil

The shower is a force to be reckoned with. It is either scalding hot or icy cold. Had to finish washing my hair in the sink.

I was disappointed the pool wasn't opened early morning. My room key wouldn't open the door either. I think everyone must have been getting ready to check out at the same time as we didn't have any hot water. The dining room was packed, but the breakfast was very good and much more then expected. Very Basic

We were at a hockey tournament. Staff was friendly and helpful, allowed us a late checkout with no trouble. Room and hotel were very dated and basic. A bit pricey for what you get. The pub seems to be a bit of a local hangout.

Slightly Outdated But Clean

Clean rooms, nice continental breakfast with eggs and sausage, and cereals etc.
Rooms are outdated and need some rework. Old TV's, bed sheet comforter was torn. Ceiling had water stains.
Hotel is in a nice location, and the room rates are comparable to other hotels in the area.

Hockey Tournament - Nice stay

We stayed at the Traveller's Inn on the weekend for a hockey tournament and our room was very comfortable and nice. The staff were great and accommodating, and the pool was great. The continental breakfast was everything a continental breakfast should be. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay!

Pleasent stay on a beautiful island

My familly and I were on the island for a badminton tournement. We pulled up on a friday to find a vacancy for the weekend. The staff, Cathy, was very helpful giving us recommendations for other activities to do while in town. The rooms were very comfortable and affordable and we would gladly go back! Great stay overall.

Nice Hotel but the pool was not in service during our visit.

in dire need of maintenance

We would not recommend this motel. Pool was out of service, electrical issues in room with plugs hanging from wall, water faucet in sink broken, shower running from extremely hot to very cold while you are showering. The entertainment service was non-existent, with not even a movie channel.

Wonderful Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at the Travellers Inn while in Summerside for a wedding. The staff was just great and very friendly. Our bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting around the pool. The food in the restaurant was so delicious and plentiful. Hope to return next year for another great stay.

Great Spot in Summerside

Room had very bad SMOKE odor

Checked in on Sat.20th of July 2013 and went to our room, well that was a surprise. Opened the room door and all you could smell was stale cigarette smoke. Afforadable Hotel.

The room was clean and but small . Was Ok except it was very noisy so we had trouble sleeping & were tired the next day. Breakfast was very good & free. Would stay here again.

Airwigs

Not bad except on the 2nd day I turned on my Ipad in the dark and found an airwig running around on top if it. Later found airwigs inside our motorcycle helmets. Other than needing to fumigate room #1, the rooms were clean. Airwigs are a lot of trouble to get rid of. I wish them luck.

Our annual trip to Summerside

We have been staying at this motel for our annual visit to Summerside since 1999 when my niece was born. The staff are friendly and we feel very much at home there. The items on the continental breakfast has been expanded. We often go in May and the beach is not an option so having an indoor pool is great.

This hotel is old and looking it's age. The TV was an old CRT and the picture was bad. The air conditioner looked like it was from 1970's and it was rattling and very noisy. “Great spot for the price”

You can hear a lot of noise from other rooms, doors slamming and conversations carried out in the hall. The bed is very hard.

“Reasonable”

This hotel is in fact convenienly located, but the direction given by various sources to get to it is rather confusing. Why not say that it is located about 5 km to the west of the junction of Hwy 2 and 1A ? Consider the rate it charges, it should be O Kay.
