Ok pour le prix j'ai déjà vu des Éconolodge bien pires aux États-Unis. Le seul problème c'est la connexion internet, je n'ai pu me connecter de la soirée. Le déjeuner était ordinaire mais je n'avais pas d'attente. Céréales, toast, yogourt, jus et café.

Inexpensive hotel good for short stay

It is close to airport and hwy. Traffic is very convient. Continental breakfast is OK if you are not too demanding. Staff there are friendly. No coffee pot provided. Hotel is old but clean.

Cannot believe the smell in our room!!

We used expedia as they had the best rate for this hotel and my brother has used expedia before and mentioned the great service. We made the reservation for our cousins wedding in Laval driving from ontario about an hour and a half drive. We paid for a non-smoking room and was placed in one that was reeking of smoke and had an ashtray in clear view. There were numerous stains on the carpet and the bathroom walls. Cheap clean motel with all the basics covered

5 of us stayed in 2 separate rooms at this motel. The place was easy to find. A two-night stay early in a long road trip. Comfortable, convenient and more than adequate for our needs. Wi-Fi signal in the room was inconsistent. Up fine in the public areas.

Piscine pas ouverte et chambre fumeurs!!

Heureusement le personnel de l'hôtel nous a donné une chambre non-fumeur mais qu'elle a été notre surprise de constater à notre arrivée que la piscine était fermée malgré la chaleur! Le déjeuner continental est limite.

At least the roof didn't leak - I think

Room had the dirtiest rug I have seen in a hotel. When the front desk was told the woman said "we know". No apology. She said they had workers in there with with dirty shoes and they weren't going to clean the floor until after the rain. Non smoking room was booked and paid for, nonrefundable. At check in the clerk said only smoking was available.

Taken Advantage Of

Inside is better than outside first impression. For the money it was good. Cereal toast type breakfast with good orange juice. Staff are very friendly and speak English well and warmly.Good bathroom. Bed just ok. Wifi is good.

Disappointing

The room was dirty and stunk. The hotel staff, while apologetic, were not at all helpful. On the positive side, the breakfast was reasonable (not great, but much better than the room and overall hotel). I would look for almost any other alternative before staying here again.

Don't judge by the cover

I was very pleased with this hotel. Very clean and the lady at the reception was very nice. It is close to stores, to the biggest shopping mall and even Tim Horton's. The outside looks in bad shape; garbage everywhere, broken-taped windows, corny decoration, but the inside was pretty good.

Worst place ever!

We were just looking for a very basic place to stay for 1 night, and the Econolodge fit the bill nicely. Fine for few days

The hotel has a nice location, neighborhood, service. However the sheets smell funny and the mattresses are really uncomfortable. May be I am used to firmer beds. Breakfast is fine, delicious pancakes :) but not many fruits, vegetables. They have to work on the hygiene of the sheets and they must get adjustable mattresses.

EconoLodge Laval not impressed/walls like paper

it was the only hotel available at the time but we will never stay there again because the walls were so thin you could hear everything from the surrounding rooms.

I enjoyed my stay at Econo Lodge in Laval, Quebec. If you're on a budget but want a decent place to stay, this is it. It's clean, simple and comfortable. It has your needs.
