We've have eaten here twice, both for special occasions (a birthday and an anniversary) and have walked away very impressed by the food and the service both times. We come here several times a year. Their mushroom soup is delicious. The entrees are very good too. We think it is very good value for money. Our only suggestion for improvement for this restaurant is for them to turn down the volume of the background music. It is a bit too loud for our liking.

Salmon BLT for lunch? Yes, I am there for that one. The caesar salad was very good as well. On top of the food the service was fast and friendly and the bottom line was it was a surprisingly good experience for a hotel restaurant -- and even more of a surprise for a hotel attached to a casino.

new Sunday Brunch

EBO just started doing the Sunday brunch buffett a few weeks ago, and it is already a close competition to the Reflect Lounge in Crystal Mall's Hilton. I love the decor and how the food tasted - will definitely return.

My experience was fantastic!!! I was early, so my table wasn't available yet. I was greeted promptly, offered a seat at the bar & a beverage until my party arrived. There were children in our party & the chef catered to their needs. My food was so good, I even ate the veggies. You know you're fine dining when you want more asparagus. DELICIOUS!!!

I went here with the family last weekend. After playing a few slots at the casino, smelling the buffet food there was working up my appetite. The decor is very eclectic.

The bread bowl that they had there was had an interesting variety. Rosemary, cheese and potato and garlic parmesan...it was all quite average.

It's your average hotel restaurant with a little flair in decor. I've been here for brunch and it was okay. It was definitely not the best brunch I've had. It was reminiscent of cafeteria style eggs and it cost more than twice as much. But the space is pretty nice, modern. I've also been here for drinks after meetings we've had at the conference center and it's decent.

Ebo handled my gluten allergy expertly! They even have rice bread for us!! Great service, great food!!! I stay here mainly for the ease of eating there. Their staff really cares!!!

Slow service. Mediocre to bad food. I had the prawn linguine and it was much too heavy. The cream sauce solidified on my plate. I'm not likely to return.

NICE Dining Experience

Stopped here recently with 6 others and enjoyed a VERY nice 3 course meal thru Living Social.

Have had a few drinks here on several occasions, but never had an opportunity to try their food.

With respect to their bar service, it is top notch. They are super attentive and each time were a pleasure to have conversations with.

If you are staying at the hotel, attending a conference, or stopping by the casino it would not be a bad decision to stop by for a drink here.

EBO is such a great place

I often come to EBO and everyone remembers me by name, its so nice to come to a place where you feel welcome and your business is really appreciated. I was skeptical of eating in a hotel restaurant so we started with a drink in the lounge. Nice guitarist playing and nice atmosphere. Looked at the menu for dinner and it looked good. Decided to risk and stayed for dinner.
