Like: The concept and designDislike:-Food doesn't taste special. and a bit expensive-The pasta (spaghetti bolognese) is just so so..-Service wise, it feels more like i'm in a pub with bouncers.. :)

This was the worst experience of dining out that I have ever had. We were a party of eight people and after 1 hour still did not have our salads or appetizers. When our food finally came it tasted burnt. The manager was openly yelling at the chef where everyone could hear and see in the dining room. Very unprofessional. not the greatest location

My girlfriend and I have dined here a few times and the majority of those times we didn't have a good experience. It seems that with every meal we ordered, she'd find someone's hair in her food, hope the chefs are wearing hair nets. I always think the next time will be better than the last, but I think its time to scratch that location off the list. The free bread is amazing!!! Unsanitary... more

The front staff were very inviting and friendly, but that is where the enjoyment stopped. You could tell it was a poorly organized franchise, the servers were disorganized, the food is terrible and usually burnt. Last week when I was having dinner I saw a mouse in the dining room! The quality of the resturaunt is horrible. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
