East Side Mario's was OK - we had dinner, it wasn't all that bad, and the atmosphere was decent, even with a 12 year old. But...it just wasn't all that special. There was nothing about the pizza or the other entrees to lead us to really want to return. It was good food, but didn't really stand out.

we were part of big group, restaurant was very busy and we had to wait for the table to be available. Food - good, nothing spectacular, but good. Service was very nice, they even changed channel so we could watch basketball game.

I ordered pasta gratiné, when my plate came I showed my server that it was not gratiné at all and that it was ok but I did not want to be charged. She said " of course, no problem", the daytime manager waited until my plate was done to tell me it was gratiné and that I would be charged... plus
Very slow service, I would even say bad service. The waitress spilled my drink, took forever to come clean it up and did NOT offer to replace it! The service is always very slow, I will not be returning.
There were 7 of us in the group that arrived at East Side Mario's after a QMJHL hockey game. Jean-Sebastien, the manager on duty, quickly pulled together some high tables and bar stools for us. He was also our waiter for the evening.The service he provided was outstanding. Our meals were good too.

If you have ever been to an East Side Mario’s, you will love the one in Sherbrooke! If you thought that a regular, English ESM was amazing, wait ‘til you see it in French.
