I took the offer of salmon grill with all you can eat salad. The salmon was average and its side pasta was fine. The salad was excellent. May be their best asset is their staff. Most of them are very friendly and eager to please the customers. I visited the restaurant over the years. It is still one of my... more
First time at this location...they received us with smiles..staff was cooperative and helpful...waiter was excellent and guided us with all the great promotions of the day...food was in reasonable quantity and hot and fresh... more
The food was really delicious. Atomsphere is okay. The waitress was a little rude only reason why I am giving it an average.
The food is good, but I can't get over how slow the service is at this restaurant: even at very off-peak times, stuff takes forever to arrive. When you're in for a "quick" lunch and it takes nearly 2 hours to get out of there, you have to wonder.
After a heavy day of Christmas shopping, this is a great place for a pit stop! My wife had 2 appetizers ( stuffed mushroom caps and deep fried mozzarella ravioli ) both were delicious and very generous potions. More than enough for 2'. I had the spaghetti boloeanase with meatballs ,again very generous potions with many meatballs! Great wait staff... more
This was our first visit to London and the meal at East Side Mario's did not disappoint any of our party. The food was delicious with very ample portions. The atmosphere was very conducive to a family reunion get together.
Had a birthday party for my brother there. The food is roadhouse italian style and while I would not say this is a place to go just for the food, I would say that you should go for the waitstaff.

Waiter Duncan made every effort to accommodate our 18 month old! Our food was all good for the four adults in the party and the child's meal was ate by the fist full! We did not realize that children eat free on Sunday until the bill came......a nice surprise! The meals were reasonably priced. All in all a good experience
This is a very very busy location. The service here is fairly good. The wait for food has always been a little long, but the food is always good and correct. All in all, I've had good experiences at this location.
Service good
Quality good
Wait time moderate
This restaurant is fantastic, delicious food, friendly atmosphere, and also at a reasonable price, and you don't come away hungry, quiet a lot too choose from in the menu
Blah, there is a reason why we haven't been here in a few years. This is the Canadian version of Olive Garden expects its more of a "Pub" style and it's not as busy. The bread is OK nothing special, the salad is bland as well (Olive Garden Wins for both) My Spaghetti and Meatballs were on the "Famous Dish Menu" and both were below average ($16.99). My wife got some sort of naked cheese pasta,... more
Salty, extremely salty, poorly prepared. Quality of food is very unstable. Service is good but the food is just plain salty and terrible.
I am still in love with Easte Side Marios, but at this location last night the service was great and the food was wonderful. I didnt like being ingnored for 15mins at the bar to get a drink while my date and I waited for a table. I also didnt like hearing from the wait staff that the new owner is trying to save a few bucks by not allowing people to share their "all you can eat free bread and... more
East Side Mario's is a good local chain restaurant, this one being located in the Masonville area of the city. Specializing in Italian cuisine, their menu offers almost everything from pizza's to pasta's. Although they aren't usually to busy during the week, weekends and special events (i.e Valentine's Day, Mother Day, etc.) tend to be pretty busy so you might want to call ahead or book a... more
Give me cheese capelleti or give me death. I am a lover of East Side's and this location hasn't disappointed me.
I remember going once with a friend and if anything it seemed like our service was too fast. I think that's the only time I've ever thought that in my entire dining out 'career'. I'm not complaining necessarily, but there are times when you want to savor the company, conversation...
