Love this place! Live band most evenings, an awesome social atmosphere and the food is killer. Up for more than nachos and wings? Try the Baby Yorkies!

Spent a great evening Saturday night as my fiancé surprised me for my 50 th Birthday. The waitress that served us was awesome and quick to get our drinks and food. Well done Dublins

My fiance and i come to this pub often since we live so close.. About a month ago I made a reservation at dublin for our wedding party to have a rehearsal dinner. I emailed them to make a reservation and they emailed me back within minutes the service for that was great!! we had the best time ever we had a large section reserved upstairs (I wish I could remember our servers name) she was... more

Our server was very grumpy, miserable and not friendly at all! We ordered our food that was a little overpriced plus they charge you for everything extra! We asked for horseradish, a little tiny bowl finally arrived and they charge us for it. Not impressed! We are not in a rush to go back anytime soon.

Hands down the best Irish pub decor in B.C. There food has improved dramatically. I still avoid their sandwiches. The clubhouse sandwich consists of a few parsimonious scraps of turkey that is warmed on the cook top in oil and dumped into the sandwich. There is so little meat, and it is so badly prepared the bread overwhelms the nasty meat. They told me the turkey is weighed and that is the... more

Food is always okay, but overpriced. Service is sufficient.

Atmosphere and ambiance is what sets this place apart from the others.

Great Irish themed selection of beers and whiskeys.

The live band on weekend evenings is a great reason to stay for late drinks and a dance. Cougar central for those interested.

Good nightlife.rude employees.waited in line for 20 minutes to get a beer while people continuously cut right into the line.one bartender serving 300 people in a tiny club with the dance floor in front of the front door stupidest layout I've ever seen.so I finally get my turn to grab a beer and I order two due to not wanting to stand in that line again.the bartender tells me 12.50.so I pull out... more

What a fun place to be on a Saturday night. Live music, great irish pub fare and flowing ale. Irish stew and a bottle or two Carlsberg which were on special that night. Delicious...

Snacks: dry ribs and steak bites.

To end it all: a french kiss shot. (Try it, you'll like it)

They need a bigger or real dance floor!

Nice place, I enjoyed my hamburger, my fries were crispy perfection , our waitress forgot the gravy for the fries but other than that the meal was great, the decor is modest but nice, they have a good selection of beer, I'm a Kokanee fan so this was no challenge to fulfill, I give this establishment my righteous and highly sought after four star review. Peace .

My girlfriend and I come here from time to time. The weekends can be very lively but we stick to the quieter weekday nights. Dublins has a lot of potential but falls a bit short on what could be a great place to come.

We sat at the bar once but the regular bartender seems bothered by customers. Wont do that again. Service is pretty good but the servers don't look that happy......after-all it... more

Food has improved a lot over the past year. Good food. Large selection of drinks. Staff is maybe a little unhappy it seems, but I'm always there on busy nights so perhaps that makes a difference in their attitudes. Decor is great, very old fashioned yet up kept looking. Bouncers are good out front on Friday and Saturday nights. Two floors. Easy to put together a few large groups to have some fun.

I've been to the Dublin crossing twice. The first time was for breakfast and the food was pretty good. On another occasion we went for drinks and the wait staff was comically rude. The bar tender was rude and the waitress was cranky. Putting shots on the edge of the table, one fell off the edge and wasn't replaced! Then she would load drinks in the middle of the table and say you ordered these,... more

The decor is beautiful and the flowers at the front and on the decks for the summer makes it welcoming. The food is pub style and thus good for pubs. Service was friendly and attentive.

Great location and well kept pub. The interior design is beautiful, probably the best looking pub in cloverdale. Food was above average and service was good. 5 stars for a quality pub!

beautiful decor inside the restaurant, but service was slow and lacking.

decent prices on the menu. they also have lunch specials - $6.50 for half a sandwich with one of soup/salad/fries. i tried their mac and cheese ($12 with garlic bread) - good but a bit dry on the top half.

maybe it was b/c we had a group of 10, but service felt really slow. we had to wait 15 min for drink order. another... more

I finally went to dublin's crossing. It's beautiful inside. The nicest place in cloverdale. Very odd layout though. You'll know what I mnea when you go there.

A friend and I went for lunch.

The menu had lots to choose from. Definately upscale pub food. I ordered the chicken pannini. It had mango chutney, spinach, mayo, the bread was a cheese garlic bread. There is a huge amount of chicken in... more

I went here with my best friend when I came up for a visit. I enjoyed my food and brewski. My bff's family swears by this place, and it has a very welcoming atmosphere. It is a stop I will have to make every time I am up to visit my best friend from here on out.

Good Irish food in Langley

I'm in the same boat with Matt K., in that "I'm not sure why this place gets panned so much."

The decor is cute for a local place (with that faux authentic Irish tavern feel) and they have a wide selection of Irish beers. They often have live music and the food was pretty solid.

When I went, I had the Irish Study, a gigantic platter with St. Patrick's Irish Stew... more

Good pub food and a decent selection of beer. The music was way too loud for a pub though - I lost my voice from shouting across the table at my friends. However, the live music was excellent. It does turn into a nightclub later in the evening and they do have a cover charge.

We went back, even though we thought it was over priced last time because someone gave us a $20 gift certificate. It was still overpriced, but the service this time around was terrible. It took quite a while before we even got to order, and it took even longer to get our food.

It wasn't particularly busy either, maybe because it was a Sunday evening, or maybe because others have received the... more

I would say it is still a good place to definitely go if you have never been before. Their food is good. there decor is beautiful this restaurant is one of the nicest when it comes to decor..honestly. You need to see the place. Most nights they have really good entertainment going on. My one complaint is the service. It is rarely ever good. :(

I enjoy this place - a great variety of reasonably priced good and filling food and am sorry to hear of some people having bad experiences.
I had quite a savoury Lamb stew And Smithwicks when I was there and thought they were both quite good. The staff could have certainly been more engaging and it is a bit of a sprawling place but all in all quite a nice experience.

As stated by others, the music is so rediculously loud you just can't talk. How can a pub operate in 2010 without accepting debit? Food is ok/average. We went a couple times because it's a 10 min walk, but won't go back.

The food here has always been good for me, I especially like the lamb burger. The decor is extremely nice as well, but like most others, I find the service to be under whelming.

Great decor, hollow service/food.

I have been to Dublin Crossing 7 times now (always with different friends who want to try it, me, banging my head), and each time its the same thing... its gorgeous inside to be sure, but service is either very slow and lacking in all areas, or the food just doesn't live up to its billing. It then ends up a very underwhelming experience. And whats with the... more

It is actually "Dublin crossing" pub. I have been there several times. The first time I was quite excited, it had opened when I was actually living in Ireland, and by the time I was back it had the rep for being "authentic" in food, decor, and the way the Guinness is poured (ie: it is poured properly, which is impossible to find here). Quiet excited I eagerly ordered my first pint of the black... more
