I had a good mani pedi . Utensils were clean and service was efficient. I was surprised by the attention paid on my feet. In the end, my feet were smooth and looked very polished. I will be returning again.
Dragon Nails is a bit dirty seeming, but their tools are sterile, and if you're looking for a decent cheap and cheerful manicure on the East Side then look no further.

It would appear that this place is going downhill, save your money and go elsewhere! As I've said I've been going there for years yet they don't recognize long-time customers!! Unfriendly service and poor quality! I had a nail repair done by Julie and had to repair the nail repair! Terrible!
All I can say is that I'm glad I waited a few days to review this place.
Day of/day after: 3.5-4 stars. Good cuticle work, fairly decent massage and the polish application was flawless with no cleanup required. The salon itself is a drag, kind of rundown with no ambiance. At least it's clean.
