The course ammenities are not fancy, but the golfing is good with enough variety to be interesting. On our visit it was very quiet so we had no delays.
Challenging course with quick greens. However, the fairways can be a bit iffy since there is no drainage. Number 9 is a very short par 4, which could be redone. Still, it's cheap to play and the layout of of holes 3,4 and 5 is one of the better ones in the city.
I have a membership at Dragon Hills and had one for a past number of years. Best golf course in Thunder Bay and the owner and staff are extremely helpful and are organized.
A pleasant afternoon of affordable golf on a well kept course, "Challenge" is not the operative word, it is more comfortable than anything else.

Dragon Hills is a beautiful golf course, and very challenging. Its located in the wonderful Northwestern Ontario wilderness, on the outskirts of Thunder Bay.
