My favourite bubble tea in the world. After traveling Europe and Asia (including Taiwan) this summer I have concluded that this is my favourite. I prefer fruity drinks over milky so I always go for the strawberry green tea with mango stars less sweet. Absolutes refreshing and delicious every time!

The tea is really good - creamy yet you can taste the tea flavor - and the pearls are cooked to perfection, soft and chewy. If you're ever in the area and looking for good pearl milk tea, you might want to check this place out. Warning though, the place is small and can get crowded. They're a bit slow too. Passionfruit black tea (4/5) - Less ice, less sweet. It's my go-to drink and it was good, slightly tart, not too sweet. I would definitely say it's worth visiting, my friends told me that this was the go-to spot in the area.

I didn't think their pearl tea drinks were all that good. I ordered the taro milk tea and a regular milk tea drinks. The taro wasn't good at all and it was extremely too sweet. The milk tea was ok.

I like my pearls to be at a certain degree of chewiness and I think they nail that. Came here for slushy bubble tea . I ordered the taro with coco jelly and my fiancee ordered vanilla and coconut with pearls. OMG YUMMMMM!

Legit bubble tea place! Had the special roasted milk tea with pearls, the pearls are sweet and delicious, I probably could have gotten my bubble tea less sweet, but full wasn't too bad either. Bubble and mango slush was well cooked and well made.

Milky tea is not authentic taiwanese bubble tea. It was more of Cantonese style milky tea, price charged at bubble tea price. It's bad practice therefore you only get two stars.

From the two drinks I had, which was the milk tea and watermelon it was pretty good. They use fresh watermelon and the milk tea was the closest to the flavor of milk tea you find in hong kong.

We came here 3 times out of the three days we were in Vancouver. The milk tea was really good and is pretty cheap. Parking is limited as most of the spots are reserved. Wifi is available and useful if you don't want to get roaming charges. Queen Elizabeth Park is nearby.

I had the green milk tea with pearls ($4 with tax) and it's absolutely delicious. I tried sips of the sesame and taro and they were good but I liked mine the best.
