I was a little taken back when I had to pay for my visit on the spot and have my insurance reimburse me at a later day, when in past experiences it has be the opposite. As a patient that has not visited in a few years because of lack of insurance after graduating university this would have been a nice heads up to have before my appointment.

January 19, 2013Dr. Grandan was very considerate to my needs. I normally suffer pain for several days after an injection, this time she used a smaller gauge needle to try to alleviate the pain. Although I stll have mild pain it is a lot less than on previous occasions. Thank you Dr. Grandan.

December 02, 2012I broke a tooth on a friday evening and was lucky enough to talk to one of the girls who had not yet left for the day. I got an appointment for Monday.
