My husband and I came in recently

Not Impressed
October 08, 2012Hi, I went in Oct 6 2012. I booked the apt. 2 weeks in advance. I stated when I called to book I wish to be a patient at that clinic. First they gave me the wrong location. Wisdom tooth extraction
September 24, 2012I have a massive fear of dentists, I have all of my life. Dove dental ( commissioners and wonderland road) has been the only dental office to ever get any of my dental work done. They are well aware of my fear and how to deal with it. They work quickly but still comfort me at the same time. There is no other dental office I would ever go to and no one else I could feel comfortable with.

Experience at Dove Dental
July 20, 2012One improvement I think could help would be for the hygienist not to start scolding patients about their dental habits without looking at their records. This frankly is insulting. Having to come in because of an abcess is difficult in itself, but to assume patients don't regularly visit dentists is wrong.

July 08, 2012I have never had a bad experience at Dove Dental. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and I enjoy chatting with them on a personal level while I am there, it makes me feel like I am at home. I always look forward to my visits. :-)

June 19, 2012one of the main reasons i went was to speak to the dentist about an extraction, s/he decided to leave early and ypu called me at 12:22pm to ask me to come early at 12:30pm. If you have a scheduled patient you should stay to have the appointment!!!!

Wait times are too long
May 21, 2012This was the second visit in a row that I had to wait in the waiting room for over 40mins. I have my appointments booked with my brother so we had to be at the dentist for almost 2 hours. I don't like waiting that long. We never had to wait that long at our old dentist.

May 02, 2012I had an excellent cleaning by one of your new hygenist. Apparently she has only worked there 3 weeks. She was very thorough and concientious of her work.I do miss Dr. Bala, she is one of the main reasons I have continued to go to Dove Dental. Tired of 5 minute appointments

April 10, 2012As a 51 year old man, I remember the day of leaving the dentist office holding a rag or cloth over my mouth to stop the bleeding. The pain was enormous and as such became completely afraid of needles. Since going to Dove Dental, I leave pain free, the needle doesnt hurt (you actually applied a numbing agent so I wouldnt feel the needle) and no blood dripping out of my mouth. Visit to Dove Centre
March 23, 2012My experience with Eva as my hygienst has always been upbeat and enjoyable. I feel I am not sitting in the chair for the purpose of cleaning. Eva is very warm and professional. Dr Cowie is great and makes the bad news if any not terrifying, I love them both.As far as the reception staff they always have warm smiles and excellent reception towards me.
