We spent a morning here hiking with our kids. We hiked route A1, with the bike trailer stroller. 5km round trip. Found swarms of butterflies, lots of wild strawberries. The chalet at the far end was great for lunch. The main down side is the playground and beach in full sun. We could not stay outside, too hot! All in... plus
Excellent set up with tracks for all levels from beginners to professionnals. Prices are very resonnable and the site offres some équipments for rental
Lots of different trail with different level of difficulty. In winter it's the best place to go cross country skiing.
In the summer, you can go on the beach.
Went snowshoeing here, in a beautiful forest. See review of Ermitage du Lac hotel for details of how to get there, from MT.
Friendly staff at the centre and they give you a pack of bird seed; the birds - and squirrels - then eat out of your hand, in the forest!
Recommended!
This is a beautiful location with amazing trails. It is mainly for cross country skiing but we took small children snow shooing. At one point we got a little lost. Other than that I have nothing but rave reviews and would highly recommend spending a day here if you're looking for something to do other than down-hill.
This was my first time snow shoeing. I found the trails well marked and the trails that were marked as more difficult were doable. The staff at the rental office were friendly.
We spent almost 3 hours on the snowshoe trails. They were well marked and the little "refuge" building was the perfect stop. The staff at the desk were very helpful in suggesting a trail based on our level of fitness, length of time we wanted to be out, and how often we snowshoe.
Everybody knows about downhill ski at Mont-Tremblant but not so many knows about this amazing place in a area - SKI de FONT (ski centre 10 min from Mont-Tremblant centre village by car)
You can get to ski trails from couple deferent location (even right brom the Ticket Office at Mont Tremblant SOUTH entry. Trail starts behind ticket office, don't...

Belles...
