Avoid at all costs - no respect for customers
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
WORST WORST WORST customer service experience of my LIFE! Their "money back guarantee" claimed on their website is absolute B-S. Flowers arrived 40 minutes late despite me calling in to ask if it can be delivered when I wanted it.
Demanded a refund over the phone, was told owner would call me back. Didn't receive a call, so I called a 2nd time and was told the owner would be back in 2 days. Clearly they were pushing my problem aside.
Went in in person. All they could offer me was "a bouqet of flowers and a box of chocolates" - maybe if the problem was handled when I came in the first two times, I may have accepted it - but now I only wanted a refund. I cited their "guarantee" on their website - the clerk didn't even know it existed. Was lied to directly to my face when I asked to speak to the owner over the phone. Eventually I got ahold of the owner - who also refused a refund and had no clue they had a money back "guarantee" on their website. Worst customer service ever.
Wasted my time and money with Diva Flowers by Nahila. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
P.S. it's obvious your good reviews are bogus when you have 4 good reviews all created "11 months ago" - kind of suspicious, no?
Horrible Service
This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. Two friends and I went to each get flowers for mother's day and the clerk was extremely rude. She complained to my two friends that they were taking all the flowers she needed for arrangements that day and when she totalled up the first bouquet and my one friend said her and the other girl were getting the two together (they are sisters) she scolded them saying it would have been SO much easier if they had told her that first and continued to complain to her assistant about it right in front of them. The bouquets were wrapped terribly with just clear plastic wrapping and not even a string to hold it together. When the assistant wrapped the one bouquet he damaged a couple flowers. Also when I asked for some ribbon for my bouquet he just cut me a piece and expected me to do it myself. Worst service ever. I will never shop here again or recommended anyone else to.
Fraud
False advertising; they do not make the arrangements the way they promise. Ugly flowers, no arrangement skills. Flowers pretty much dead next day. Very rude people who work there, don't care that they lie & rip you off. Buyer beware. There are much more reputable flower shops to buy from.
Absolutely beautiful arrangement
IThe arrangement was beautiful. Roses and orchids, arranged with white hygendras. The roses and hygendras lasted a week but the orchids are still beautiful. The delivery person was very friendly and I found the staff to be helpful and couteous. I will definately use this company again.
Dead flowers after 1 day
After receiving flowers and displaying them for 1 day I was horribly disappointed as they were all dead the next day. Roses are not something you receive all the time and it will not be forgotten after spending as much as was spent and having them die the very next day. If I even understood the dialect correctly I was told basically too bad they went out fine and it must of been my fault. Horrible customer service, horrible product, why shop there.
