I went to Discover as I chipped a tooth on a left molar. When the Dr repaired it she told me I should replace the fillings on my right (3) bottom molars as they were old and might also chip. Brunette at Front Desk Needs Manners!!

I usually haveissues when I go there regarding communication. There are some ladies at the front counter that have no people skills and has me thinking I should change dentists, nothing against the doctors themselves they seem really good as well as the assistance, just the first impressions of the entire office begins with the front desk and they have no manners!!!!!

Patient shouldn't just misdirect or misguide to do treatments which may not be require or may not be essential. Came in to do a pre examination, to hopefully prevent any future problems. The hygenist was very professional, and gentle as well.
