It's mall food, for twice the price. And don't order the sweet and sour pineapple chicken it's literally chicken balls swimming in that red sauce, with 3 pineapple tidbits (straight from the can to your plate). Though the wait was long(which is understandable when a place is busy) the food was good.

Food was poor, typical pseudo chinese food with everything depending on lashings of sweet and sour sauce to make it taste of something. The ribs were pretty good though. Service was bad, with the meals coming out of the kitchen in dribs and drabs so we eventually all got served but didnt really have the chance to eat together..... Love the Chinese buffet! The spot to go after the bars close. 24 hour breakfast...mmmmmmm...steak and eggs! You won't be disappointed if you go to the Diplomat!

Food is amazing. Service is absolutley the worst. Staff and ownership should take some customer service classes. I will never bring another friend or business associate to this place again. If you plan to eat there...order out and let someone else order the food for you. This way to will not have to deal with the poor service.

The restaurant was very clean and well kept. The food was ok. It wasn't the best buffet I ever had but the meal was enjoyable. The only problem I have with my experience is that the price was a little too high for the amount of food on the buffet. I am the type who has tried many larger buffets so in terms of quantity I was a little disappointed. Other then that I was mildly pleased

The food here is good and the service is quite reasonable. This restaurant can be quite busy at times, but the staff are accomodating and usually professional. The Diplomat distributes glossy take out menus at the door and has a web site. This is more than just a Chinese take out, it's a well rounded restaurant with good service, good atmosphere and good food. Recommended.

It's a little expensive, but the food there is really good. Sometimes the wait is long, but once you sit down it is well worth the wait. Try it, it's awesome!
