Frustrant manque de professionalisme.

Récit d'un déménagement pénible qui commence avec trois heures de retard au départ, pour un mauvais départ on ne pouvait espérer mieux. 15 décembre 2008. Nous attendions le camion à 8heure AM tel que la compagnie nous l'avait promis...par trois fois! 8H30 pas de camion, nous appelons, la réceptionniste qui nous annonce que les déménageurs sont en route, que le traffic est mauvais BLA BLA...... more

NE FAITE PAS AFFAIRE AVEC DÉMÉNAGEMENT MAXIMUM. RÉCIT : J'avais fait affaire avec Déménagement Maximum en 2004 et tout à été très bien. Je reprend donc cette même compagnie à l'été 2011. Mais là, j'ai eu affaire à des déménageur incompétent et irrespectueux. Même qu'ils ont brisé mon plancher et ne veulent pas le réparer à leur frais ou mème me dédommager. Extensive damage, lost items, strong arm tactics and ignoring calls to follow up on items that were not delivered is only half of the problems my mother, 72yr old encountered. Very poor,this company moved us last Fall it was a night mare,lots of damage,very unorganized,did not want to talk to us after the move would not return my calls,I paid an insurance as well,never did hear from them,very very unprofessional!! Once they get your business and money they do not want to hear from you even when there is damage,I called three times no one ever returned my call,there... more

Des arnaqueurs qui ne tiennent aucun compte du contrat sign et pratique le chantage l'enlvement du mnage.

Movers made TONS of dammage in my brand new home, told me it would be repaired within a week ...2 months later, the hardwood dammage and huge gashes in my walls are all still there. I have called them repeatedly over the past few weeks the never return any calls.
