Mauvaise expérience...
Nous étions 4 familles pour un tournoi de hockey, il n'ont pas voulu faire un prix à la baisse. Je n'avais pas de pression dans ma douche, j'ai donc pris un bain debout. Il y avait des poils noirs dans le tapis de bain à notre arrivée et le braker du séchoir sautait aux 20 secondes. Dans une autre chambre, les tuyaux cognaient dans le mur quand ils partaient la douche. La piscine était toute petite, l'eau brouille et tellement sale que j'aurais pu me rouler un sushi avec les algues sur le contour de la piscine. 10 personnes maximum dans la pièce de la piscine, baignade ou pas! Le matin de notre départ, la facture avait été glissée sous la porte... c'est tellement impersonnel. Tout ça pour 170$ la nuit. Une chance que les lits sont comfortables.

Visited with family during the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend while traveling to Eastern Townships. Hotel was undergoing major renovation (much needed) but minimal issues during the stay. Easily accessible from downtown Sherbrooke.

Overnight stop on Fly Drive

Great Location for Exploring Eastern Townships

Stayed here for 2 nights on a recent road trip between Montreal and Quebec City.
Perfect location for visiting Eastern Townships, especially Magog and North Hately, both only 25 mins drive from the hotel.

25 octobre 2014I have stayed at this location twice. I really is a nice, friendly and comfortable hotel. there are good restaurants close by. It is convenient to the highway, Sherbrooke and Bishops University. Good parking. The rooms are always quiet.

My wife and I took a vacation in Canada in October. We made our reservation online. We didn't know how this hotel look like until we arrived in Sherbrooke. The room and services were excellent and the location is close to downtown.

De plus une attention spéciale doit être accordée au fait de ne pas inversé les prénoms avec les noms de famille. Je m'appelle Jean-Claude Gosselin. Par exemple, je fus enregistré à Jean-Claude au lieu de Gosselin. Ce fut une expérience désagréable.

Definitely not 4 star
06 septembre 2014I don't think the hotel rooms have been up graded since the hotel itself was built. The bathroom had about 8 inches of mold in front of the tub and the toilet didn't flush very well. Even though movies were advertised to rent I was informed that the hotel was in between suppliers? The reception staff was very friendly and the bed was fine. However I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

16 août 2014Disappointing. This hotel is tired and in need of updating. We were given a room that smelled of stale cigarettes. The hotel staff were very accommodating and moved us without any hassle. We were moved to a room that didn't smell much better.

05 août 2014Overall we were pleased with our stay. Room was clean, beds very comfortable. Carpets need a good cleaning. Food prices are rather high but the food is good. A la carte breakfast price was higher than advertised in the room book. Thought $5 for parking was a little much. The room rates to my mind are high enough to cover off such things as parking. 27 juillet 2014On a peu utilisé les installations de l'Hôtel. On désirait avoir un pied à terre pour cette visite. La table de chevet était poussiéreuse avec cheveux (3 nuits sur 4). Le matelas que nous avons eu n'était pas très confortable, de plus le couvre-matelas ne tenait pas en place sur le matelas (élastique trop vieux)., ce qui n'est pas très hygiénique!

Travelling with a Big Dog
20 juillet 2014We have a dog who was rescued from abuse. She has separation anxiety, so we decided to take her with us to experience the ocean and beaches of Nova Scotia. Many hotels and motels don't allow dogs, or have limited numbers of rooms. One place, touted as "newly renovated", put us and another couple travelling with their dog in two unrenovated rooms. 19 mai 2014Stayed at the Delta Hotel in Sherbrooke, Check-in was OK, no line-up, the attendant asked if I had a car and checked to see if parking was included with my reservation, which I did, however, she did not ask for my license plate number, parking was a public parking outside the hotel. 08 mai 2014The personnel is really friendly but that hotel really needs to update and enter the 21st century. An bottle opener on the fascia of the bathroom counter? I haven't seen that for decades. The restaurant, bar and lobby are ok though, breakfast buffet is perfect and reasonably priced.

My wife and I have been staying at the Delta nearly every year for almost 20 years, and it is obvious that the facility has declined overall.
