I accompanied my husband here on a business trip. I loved the fact that while he was away during the day, this hotel provided me with many amenities to keep me entertained. Hotel is very overpriced and surprisingly dated. Reminds me of The Shining.

I live in Ontario and travel a lot to this part of the country, typically I stay at the marriott or westin but I thought I would give this one a try. the hotel is located inside a mall and i thought this would be cool since i would have access to shoppping/restaurants, the mall has very few high end stores and is definitely lacking in the restaurant departement. “Delta Edmonton

The hotel didn't have everything that a hotel could offer but the staff made up for it in every way. The rooms were very clean and the staff helped in any way they could if a problem arose with anyone that was in our group. With the Expedia Pick price it made it more then worth staying. Located within a mall it was very convenient for resteraunts, pubs or a good center point to get around town.

Crt tv??

Great location for downtown business, but nothing to do at night nearby. Friendly staff. Oldish furniture. A 15-year old CRT TV and the worst reception I have seen in a along time. Very comfortable bed. Relatively quiet floor (top one). Few facilities at the hotel. Adequate for short business stays. If you do not mind paying twice the rate, go to Hotel McDonald which is nearby.

Was originally a delta 'priviledge'

member. Stayed here SEVERAL times, never had an issue. On new years eve last year me and my gf were thrown out of the hotel, they claimed we were too loud, even though we had already called and complained it was our neighbors being ridiculously crazy. I enjoyed staying here. The "jetted" bathtub didn't really "jet" but other than that it was nice. The employees were fantastic.

GREAT accomadations

In Edmonton for a family wedding, reception was at the Shaw Conference Centre.Loved the location and the staff bent over backwards to make my stay wonderful!Especially great was the 24 hour whirlpool that we rested our danced out legs in at three o'clock in the morning!!Car aerial stolen while parked in parkade, suggest storing non -roof mounted in car while parked there!

A comfortable, friendly stay.

The staff upgraded us to a suite, as they knew we had just had a very long flight back. The hotel is so quiet and just the perfect shopping location. Not the first time I've stayed and not the last.

We had a great getaway! Beautiful room, very spacious and clean. I was very dissapointed with the late night room service. We ordered popcorn and well we got through have of the movie before we received it and the price was outrageous! especially for microwaved popcorn. We did not even eat it. Great place to stay

Just got back from a weekend getaway with 3 other women. We loved staying in the 2 queen bed suite - lots of room to hang out and visit! We thought it was great to be connected to the mall where we had plenty of choices for shopping and dining. This hotel was an excellent value; we even got free breakfast for four each morning ($14 each)! We would definitely stay here again.

Cheaper, and higher quality places available elsewhere.

1/5 Stars The only notable good feature of the hotel is it's accessibility to the mall. I stayed for the night of 01 Sun 09; Apparently room rates via phone were unavailable. Some areas of the hotel were cordoned off for water damage. On check-in the staff would not provide a solid rate for my room and whether a government discount would apply. Adequate downtown hotel

Room was as far from elevator as you could get. Room shape was unusual; probably was a conference room at one time. Windows looked down into mall. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Wouldn't chose to stay here again.
