Beautiful hotel with a casino

I was in Vancouver for an overnight business trip. The Delta Burnaby had a great lounge for a business meeting and a casino to boot. Highly recommend.

Not so Quiet

We stayed here on a Saturday night. We had to get up at 3:30 am to get to the airport. There were 3 elevators outside the room. With the elevators dinging every time they opened and people talking/fighting no matter what the time, not much sleep was had. We were not aware that it was part of a casino or we would not have stayed there.

Amazing customer service and care.

I had to visit Vancouver for a family funeral.....the concierge, Pauline, was so compassionate. She left us a note in our room expressing her sentiments for our family loss, and left us a fruit platter. It was a very kind gesture.

Absolutely no complaints. Price was reasonable. Staff was great. Room was great. Restaurant was good.

Good location of the highway

I usually stay here whenever I'm in Vancouver and enjoy it. However this time the Air conditioning unit was very loud in the room. I got in pretty late and went to bed then the loud sound kicked in. Beautiful Hotel

A beautiful hotel. Provided water in the lobby in the evening. Would have been nice to have coffee in the lobby in the morning. Delta is raising the standard for hotels.

Short stay

stayed here before not too long ago and each time they had elevator problems. I didn't realize they had a free shuttle service to metro town and Brentwood, frequency is hourly tho. Restaurant is great, Starbucks is only open until early afternoon.

Very relaxing!

We stay here when I played golf in the 55+ Games in August and it was a great distraction because I was so nervous. Enjoy the luxury of our suite.

Nice clean hotel with casino that's open 24hourd. Excellent staff and customer service. Only down side is they don't have a pool and the breakfast is mediocre, nothing special.

We were upgraded to a premium sweet when we checked in (yay!) and enjoyed the room. Front desk staff were very helpful and very friendly.

Overpriced gouge fest

horrendously overpriced, no functional vending machines, no in-house convenience store, rooms not ready at checkin time, rooms small and plain. At least the parking was free

concert in the city

Went to concert at Rogers Arena, rather than staying downtown, where everything is way overpriced we took the 15 minute drive instead. Great hotel, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were so comfy.

A Regular

A short weekend trip. I stay at the Deta for overnights fairly often on business trips. Very reliable, clean and comfortable in a good location that provides easy access to different parts of the Vancouver area ( if you have a car).

Given that it was a family stay and it is located in an industrial section very little food options close by and most of the restaurants in the hotel could not be accessed by the family. There is a Starbucks but is closes early and no tuck shop. Staff at the front desk were wonderful and very helpful in helping us to plan our outings

Just an overnight visit. We like this hotel for its affordability and quick access to the north shore. Also if you need to go right into the city it is close to downtown without downtown prices. We have stayed before and find the front desk staff very friendly and we love the complimentary water bottles in the room. Much appreciated! Great hotel!

Me and my newly wed wife came here after our wedding reception and were surprised with a room upgrade upon arriving. We had been moved up to the 20th floor. Great location away from the buzz

If you don't need to be in the midst of the hustle and bustle of downtown, this is a great spot. Free parking, big nicely remodeled rooms, great staff and connected to several mainlines into the city. It's only a 10-15 minute ride downtown and there are several great places to eat and shop in between the hotel and downtown.

Due to a closure of Hwy 1 our 4 hour drive from the Okanagan was actually 8 hours. Upon arrival were greeted by very welcoming and accommodating hotel staff. Everything here has been great from the time we checked in we have been made to feel comfortable by all the staff and the service has also been great. Rooms and beds are clean and comfortable and haven't had an issue waiting for a elevator. Looking forward to trying out the hot tub tonight:)

Surprisingly nice

Hadn't stayed at a Delta in many years so I was surprised by how nice this hotel was. Service was friendly and accommodating. I was also unexpectedly upgraded to the signature lounge level, which included a private lounge for complimentary evening hors d'oeuvres and also a small breakfast buffet.

This is a nice property attached to a casino. The desk staff was very helpful. The check in and out was quick. When I asked for walking directions to the Skytrain, they noted it was raining and loaned me an umbrella. The room was clean and well maintained. I will stay here again if I am in the area.

Only about 8 min from downtown Vancouver and the savings were great, parking and Internet included. Downtown Vancouver hotels parking will cost you $40. per night and internet $15.

A wonderful place to stay

We placed a bid on Priceline for a hotel and were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the accommodations were. The rooms were large, very clean and had very comfortable beds. The hotel was a 20 minute walk from the skytrain station to Vancouver. A couple of great restaurants were close by, as well.
