Gym is nice - they even have hand towels in a fridge. What a great idea! The facilities and decor are all updated. The Elements dining room staff are extremely caring and attentive. Free popcorn in the main lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Downtown Calgary Hotel
March 24, 2010Excellent for a quick in and out business trip. Only a couple of block from a very large selection of good restaurants (heavy on Alberta beef) and this is good since the hotel restaurant is only ok.

The hotel itself and the room were clean and and comfortable enough. The staff are very friendly too. However, on the first day the cold (yes, you read right) water in the shower wasn't working. Good for business travel
April 18, 2006Excellent service there. I Forgot my plug converter for my Laptop (In europe we have 220V and different plugs). Hotel staff organized one in 15 minutes. Very clean and good room service. Location is a bit loudy (downtown) but very central if u have a meeting downtown. Superb beds. Fast Internet connection in Rooms (WLan & Cable).
