Customer service was amazing! The room decor needs updating and there was no air vent in the washroom. But overall it was clean and the staff were professional, polite and hard working.

The hotel is right downtown so it's very convenient. There is a restaurant on the premises. This is important, especially on a Sunday morning, when most of downtown is closed. All in all a good experience

The price was right and it satisfied all my needs. The food in the on site restaurant was good. The only down side was the WiFi in the room was weak, but fine in the meeting rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there on my next visit.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was close to the activities we had planned and was easy to get back to the Trans Canada Highway. The restaurant was on site which was handy and the food was good. Good hotel overall but poor location.

Not a prime location but staff were excellent so they made up for it.

The place is fixed up for sure, but paint, rugs, furniture and fixings only go so far. The walls are paper thin ( anything and everything can be heard up, down and all around. Trains just a block away and the sweet sounds of cars trucks and bikes that fit the neighborhood. Do yourself abig favor....spend 20 more and get a good motel!!

Very Good

THis is a great place to stay, be it for business or leisure. It is downtown, close to businesses and shopping. A short drive to the university campus and Science North.
The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and competent. Parking is no problem.

It would have been helpful to know when booking that the room being booked had an "adjoining door" to the room next to it. I booked this room for my parents online, and the people who happened to be in the next room kept them up until 5 in the morning. I travel for business alot and stay at this hotel when working at the courthouse next door. It is perfect for business travelers who need a comfortable bed and a nice restaurant for dinner and drinks. I don't think I would take my family here as it isn't really suited for that kind of visitor.

This is my third stay here during the last year and all my stays have been fine. I chose this hotel because the reviews have been consistently good compared to the other brand name hotels. However I find the Days Inn offers better value for money. I've eaten at the gastropub and found the food good and the beer selection great.

It is an Inn with better facilities. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who is traveling to be out and exploring. One can return to the nice and cozy rooms at the end of the day to retire.

The 10 care taking tips in the washrooms are creatively hilarious.

Good Overall

Location is great for quickly driving to Sudbury Arena, Science North, Chapters, and New Sudbury Shopping Center. Excellent service and no complaints except for the noisy air system as it keeps coming on and off through the night and waking me. I eventually turned it off and let the room get cold instead of noisy.

Close to our Grandson visited on weekend

We had a king size bed in a rather small room. The bathtub was very narrow and the shower curtain was always against my body when showering. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. This was most anoying.

The pool although older was the best I have ever used. It was 2 meters deep and they had the water at a lovely temperature. The staff were helpful and spent a fair amount of time helping me to get my bearings. They were very good at their jobs.

Not sure about the restaurant but the obnly thing I would have to say is that the shower (bathtub with a curtain) was incredibly narrow. Didn't like having a shower with the curtain draped and stuck to me. (I am not overweight) The curtain was hung so that it was close to 6 inches inside the edge of the tub. Out Dated, Bad Neighbourhood

Stayed in this hotel while driving across the country. We found it to be very out-dated. The bathroom in our room had exposed pipes and it was hard to maneuver around in. The room was also small and dingy. The restaurant, however, was very good in both service & quality.

Finding a bedbug in the room. I suspect it's not rare, because the desk clerk showed no surprise when we caught and produced the specimen.

Comfortable stay

Good value.. Small room but nice for one night. Stopped on the way to the cottage with our 3 month old daughter. Ate at the restaurant downstairs... Was really great! Live band and cool atmosphere.. Service was just as good as the food.

Overpriced for what you get, rooms are very small and over furnished, carpets old and dirty. what else can i say, location is downtown subury which is a little run down over the years, other then that i felt fairly safe.

Great Location For Our Family Visit

Modern Building Located in Close Proximity to Our Family. Lots of Free Well Lite Parking. The Room Was Large, Nicely Laid Out With Generous Chairs and Lighting.
The Actual Toilet was a Snug Fit Within The Washroom. However this would not be a problem for anyone except the extra large.
The Staff was Friendly and it was Good Value!
